We are now using Horizon Web Ref software to schedule all game officials and can get you started right away. Please setup your profile now so you can be scheduled based on availability and location.

Below is a link that will bring you to the Horizon account setup page. You will need to use the below association number when setting up your account. Once your Horizon account is activated and approved you will receive a confirmation email that will allow you to complete your profile setup. It is VERY important that you setup your calendar availability after you have finished with your profile. Without calendar availability the system will not allow you to be scheduled for any games.

Setup Your Horizon Calendar Account

Since officials and time-keepers are scheduled in sets of 2-4 games it is important not to be too restrictive with your availability. Otherwise the system will not allow you to be scheduled or block you from sets that may be close to home.  See examples below.

Example:

• You set your availability for 7:30 am - 10:30 am for Saturdays.
• Your ranking allows you to officiate Peewee games and lower

Scenario 1: There are 4 rinks with 3 game sets starting at 7:20 am.
You will not show up in the list of available officials since the start time of the set is 10 minutes earlier than your availability settings.

Scenario 2: There are 4 rinks with 3 game sets starting at 7:30 am.
You will not show up in the list of available officials since the third game game in the set ends at 10:50 am.

Scenarios 3: There are 4 rinks with 2 game sets starting at 7:30 am and 2 of those sets include a Bantam game.
You will not show up in the list of available officials for 2 of the sets since it includes a Bantam game, which is outside your capabilities.
You will show up as a potential fit for 2 of the rinks. However, these rinks may not be close to home and better suited for another official.

As you can see from the above, if you do not setup large windows of availability it will be very unlikely for you to get scheduled. Keep in mind that when we are scheduling a set of games that fall outside your availability even by 10-15 minutes your name will not even show as a potential candidate for the set.
