Role Includes:
- Manager’s Responsibilities:
- Involved in build-out and start-up of new Bar Area mezzanine level
- Managing both bar area and concession area
- Hiring and managing staff
- Overseeing all purchasing, inventory, etc.
- Prior experience required in Food Service Industry and/or Beverage Manager
- ServSafe and/or TIPS certification a plus
- Prior experience with Bar/Restaurant Start-up a plus
- Salary $55,000-$70,000 based on experience.
