Role Includes:

• Manager’s Responsibilities:
  • Involved in build-out and start-up of new Bar Area mezzanine level
  • Managing both bar area and concession area
  • Hiring and managing staff
  • Overseeing all purchasing, inventory, etc.
• Prior experience required in Food Service Industry and/or Beverage Manager
• ServSafe and/or TIPS certification a plus
• Prior experience with Bar/Restaurant Start-up a plus
• Salary $55,000-$70,000 based on experience.
