Valley X-Ice Expanding to 3 Locations for 2010-11 Season Following an exciting and successful inaugural season at the Pingree School, the Valley X-Ice program will be expanded to 3 locations. This introductory Mite program is designed to develop ice hockey skills and competitive team play in a fun, instructional environment.
LOCATIONS - 3 Hub Locations geographically selected in order to make this program convenient for all Valley League members

SCHEDULE - 23 Weeks beginning in late September
- Saturdays - 1 hour Skills Session
- Sundays - 1 hour game.
- Start Times between 8 am - 11:30 am
DIRECTORS
- Peter Marshall - A captain of the 1986 Boston University team, Marshall was on the coaching staff at Boston University and Salem State College and was a member of the USA and Massachusetts State Hockey staffs.
- Steve MacAdams - Steve is an accomplished professional with more than 20 years of progressive coaching experience. Steve, a two year captain at Salem State College, has coached from the youth level through the Junior and college ranks. During the 2009-2010 season, MacAdams served as an assistant coach for the '97 Elites which captured the Massachusetts Select Championship and advanced to the USA Hockey Nationals Semifinals.
- Fred Devereaux - Fred current serves as the Director of Player Development for the Valley Jr. Warriors program. He is currently an NHL scout with the Calgary Flames. Over the course of his 23-year NHL scouting career, he has also worked with the Washington Capitals and Nashville Predators. Devereaux has more than 30 years of Hockey School experience in the United States and Canada. Fred has also coached at every level from youth to pro hockey and has played a role in the development of several current NHL players.
COST
- The cost will be $75 per team per session ($150 per weekend) and will be limited to current Valley League member programs.
