Lynnfield/Saugus had two wins (and a loss) and Dorchester two wins. Drew Damiani scored twice and Danny Storella had a goal and an assist in a 3-1 victory over Cambridge – and Dante Mauro wore the hat and had an assists, Damiani posted 2-2-4, Larry Graffeo had 1-2-3, Brendan Powers 1-1-2 and Storella two assists in a 9-3 win over Greater Lowell, Gray with 2-1-3 and Greene 1-2-3 in the loss; Gerald Cahill wore the hat and James Fitzgerald had two assists in Dorchester’s 7-0 victory over Greater Lowell – and Noah Kearney scored twice and Sean McDougall had two assists in a 4-1 victory over Andover;
Alex Sandell erupted for six goals and Will Rice scored one goal and handed out three assists as Cambridge trimmed Lynnfield/Saugus 8-6 – Storella with two goals in the loss; Brody McGonigle scored what turned out to be the winner with 10:25 left, Heath Mann had a goal and two assists and Nathaniel Johnson and Adam Fennelly 1-1-2 apiece as Concord edged Andover 5-4 – Aiden Fenton with 1-1-2 in the loss; and Gray wore the hat and had an assist in Lowell’s 4-1 win over Concord.
Winchester had a win and a tie. Mike Nigro handed out five assists and Tyler Moh, Danny Collins and Max Tong all posted a goal and an assist in a 6-3 victory over Triton, Braeden McDonald two assists in the loss – and Nigro and Wellesley’s No. 9 swapped second-period goals 25 seconds apart in a 1-1 tie;
Jackson Bridges scored two goals and set up two others, Anthony Dempsey also scored twice, John Yerardi and Jack Irving both posted 1-1-2 and Evan Downey also had two assists in Framingham’s 8-3 victory over Lexington/Bedford – Ursino and Hunt with 1-1-2 apiece in the loss; Jackson Sequist snapped a 2-2 tie with 2:33 left and Dan Schwartzman and Camden Cardamone both had 1-1-2 as Newton trimmed Framingham 4-2; Grayson Henry pitched a shutout and Ben Su scored early in Acton-Boxboro’s 4-0 win over Triton; Ty Robinson scored two goals in 1:54 in the second period as NH East edged Billerica 2-1; Magalhaes scored twice as Everett/Revere topped Billerica 4-1; and Nicolas Tomczak clicked for 2-1-3, Josh Seiple also scored twice, Paul Hardcastle and Joe Mahoney both had two assists and Nolan Westberg pitched a shutout as the Revs downed Lexington/Bedford 5-0.
Chelmsford won twice and Newburyport had a win and a tie in the North. Ethan Cliff pitched a shutout and Liam Crowley broke a scoreless tie with 8:41 left as Chelmsford trimmed Beverly 2-0 – and Mick Vichot clicked for 2-1-3, Joey Stagnone had three helpers and Jacob Hammer and Colby Forristell both posted 1-1-2 in a 6-1 win over Tewksbury; Jamie Brooks pitched a shutout and No. 22 posted 1-1-2 as Newburyport topped Haverhill/Pentucket 2-0 – and Andrew TeDuits scored with 6:54 left to give Charlestown a 2-2 tie with Newburyport, which got both goals from Braeden Curran;
Joe Graziano scored twice and Joe Michaud and Shay Donahue both had a goal and an assist in Belmont’s 7-0 victory over Medfield – and Douglas and Wheeler both scored twice and Sullivan had two assists in Hyde Park’s 7-2 win over Parkway.
In the South, Matt King scored one goal and handed out four assists, Dean Blake and Ryan McNulty both scored twice and Matt Lesser had 1-1-2 in Nashoba’s 8-3 victory over Maine – Wyatt Adams with three assists in the loss; Nolan Maiani came through with 2-1-3 and Pat Cotter posted two assists as Melrose topped Cambridge 5-2 – and Tanglia scored one goal and handed out three helpers, Bent wore the hat and Hogan pitched a shutout as SMS topped Maine 6-0.
Reading posted a win and a tie in the East. Matt Busick and Brendan Murphy shared the shutout and Drew Shimansky scored in the second period of a 1-0 decision over Haverhill/Pentucket – and Methuen scored the tying goal with 6:03 left in a 4-4 tie with Reading, Matt Jones with 1-1-2 for Reading;
John Hudson scored twice as Framingham topped Winchester 2-0; Vincequere scored the tying goal with 2:04 left in the second period as the Railers tied Dorchester 2-2 – No. 76 with both goals for Dorchester; Concord’s Gavin Currier and Amesbury’s Baxton Caswell swapped goals in a 1-1 tie; Sawyer Zuzenak scored twice in the third period to give Winchester a 2-1 decision over NH East; and Parker Green scored twice and Alan Grebelsky pitched a shutout as the Revs downed Arlington 4-0.
In the West, Dean Levanto scored two goals and set up another, James Gould also scored twice and Wylie Parizeau posted 1-1-2 in Wellesley’s 6-2 victory over Acton-Boxboro; Alex Nahirney scored twice and Jacob Noe and Henry Ames both posted 1-1-2 in Brookline’s 6-1 win over Parkway; Mike Spalla clicked for 1-2-3 and Sam Villa and Alex Leibman both scored twice as Needham topped Acton-Boxboro 6-2 – Nathan Smith with 1-1-2 in the loss; Frankie Leone came through with 2-1-3 and Zach Sartori had two assists as Wakefield trimmed Dedham 5-3 – Reisfelter with 1-1-2 in the loss; Zack Ryan and Mike Capone scored early in the third period to give Lynn a 4-3 decision over Wellesley – Ryan Lariviere with 1-1-2 in the win and Alden Turner two goals in the loss; and Jared Allsop wore the hat and had an assist, Cole Morse posted 1-1-2, Sean McCobb had two assists and Jackson Myung pitched a shutout in Medford’s 6-0 win over Concord-Carlisle.
Billerica won twice and Andover and Dorchester both had a win and a tie in the North. John Allen scored one goal and handed out two assists, Nick Isnor scored twice and Jason Paganis pitched a shutout in Billerica’s 4-0 victory over Wilmington – and Allen, Tom Cole and No. 87 scored in a 1:40 span of the second period of a 3-1 win over Wilmington; Dan Greene and Aidan Sheehy scored in the second period as Andover edged the Railers 2-1 – and Kyran Maher scored with 8:54 left to give Andover a 1-1 tie with the Revs, who got a first-period goal from CJ Reding; Brophy clicked for 2-1-3 and Olsen had two assists in Dorchester’s 6-2 victory over Hyde Park – and Brendan Cotter scored with 3:30 left in the second period to give Waltham a 2-2 tie with Dorchester;
Tom Gagnon scored one goal and set up another and Andrew Fraser pitched shutout in Triboro’s 4-0 win over the demons; Cam Botko scored two goals in 18 seconds and Logan Favart assisted on both as North Central nipped the Railers 2-1; and Sebastian Damico handed out four assists and Alex Weitzman and Nolan Martin both posted 1-1-2 as Burlington topped South Boston 7-1.
Triton and Masco both won twice and Beverly wore a pair of ties in the South. Tim Carter wore the hat and had an assist and Matt Sheehan had two assists in Triton’s 5-1 victory over Greater Lowell – and Carter scored all four goals in a 4-2 win over the Crusaders; Josh Batchelder had 2-1-3 and Gabbi Oakes also scored twice in Masco’s 4-1 victory over SMS – and Bella Flinn clicked for 2-1-3, Nicolas Giaccalone had 1-1-2 and Tom Spater had two assists in a 5-2 victory over the Crusaders; Pollock (2-1-3) and Parianos (1-1-2) scored 1:03 apart in the third period to give Agawam a 4-4 tie with Beverly, which got two goals from Joey Marshall and 1-1-2 from Quinn Fidler – and Deston Cauthers scored the tying goal with 9:49 left and Finnegan Lawler assisted on both goals as Cape Ann tied Beverly 2-2;
Trevor Desjardins and Sal Pace both scored twice and Sam Giles had a goal and an assist as the Edge A2 topped Nashoba 7-4, Matt Morash with 1-1-2 in the loss – and Matt Tataronis and Evan Doughty both wore hats and added an assist, Owen Graham posted 1-2-3, Cam Dykstra scored twice and Hayden Austin had 1-1-2 as the Edge A1 defeated the Edge A2 10-6 – Giles with three assists, Nathan Smith two goals and Chris Bedard 1-1-2 in the loss; Andrew Garabedian scored one goal and handed out three assists, Nolan Gammons posted four assists and Matt Marimon wore the hat as SMS edged Nashoba 4-3; Riley Schneller scored twice and Maxim Krysko had two assists as Natick trimmed Allston/Brighton 5-3 -- Connor Fleming-Benison with all three goals in the loss; Chris Barsotti had 1-1-2 as Everett/Revere topped Lynnfield/Saugus 6-1; and Roddy had a goal and two assists and Wood scored twice as S&S trimmed Agawam 5-3 – Twomey with 2-1-3 and Doane 1-1-2 in the loss.
In the East, Shane Carta scored twice and Chris Maher had a goal and an assist in Woburn’s 5-1 victory over Stoneham/North Reading; Levanto’s second goal of the game, with 7:43 left, was the winner as Wellesley trimmed Burlington 3-1; John Dalessandro scored with 18 seconds left to give Wakefield a 3-3 tie with Andover; Flynn Martin and Tucker Boys shared the shutout and Nathan Biron scored late in the second period as NH East downed Haverhill/Pentucket 3-0; Ryan Connelly wore the hat and Kyle Gelinas scored twice in North Andover’s 8-3 victory over Danvers – Joe DeFrancesco with two assists in the loss; Nathan Libby wore the hat and added an assist and Paolo Orlando had two helpers in Haverhill/Pentucket defeated Tewksbury 6-3 – Seamus Crowley with 1-1—2 in the loss; Ben Sharpe scored twice and Mike Carlson posted 1-1-2 in Tewksbury’s 5-2 victory over Billerica – Heffernan with both goals and Amoroso assists on both in the loss; and Joey Anderson, who also had an assist, scored with 1:04 left to give Arlington a 3-2 decision over Medford – Andrew Watson with 1-1-2 in the loss.
In the West, Aris Stefanis scored five straight goals in Waltham’s 6-0 victory over Framingham; John Hodgson clicked for 2-2-3, Jason Calheta posted 2-1-3 and Jack Roche pitched a shutout in Acton-Boxboro’s 4-0 win over Twin City; Jack Moscow wore the hat and added an assist and Chris Lynch pitched a shutout as Concord-Carlisle downed Brookline 5-0; Jack Hanlon clicked for 2-1-3 and Bobby Leydon and Nick Higgins both posted 1-1-2 as Dorchester trimmed Cambridge 4-2; Jack Walmsley wore a natural hat in the third period to give Cambridge a 3-1 win over Dorchester; and Dave Kioumejan wore the hat and Zach Kefeyan had two assists as Belmont defeated Parkway 5-2.
