Two games, two ties, both. Worn by Dorchester. Luke O’Sullivan scored with 44 seconds left to give Dorchester a 4-4 tie with Arlington, Jack Murphy with two goals and John Lynch and Sean MacDougall had two assists apiece for Dorchester, while Drew Fecteau had two goals and an assist for Arlington -- and No. 13 scored with 6:15 left and Jack Dickey then came through with 14 seconds remaining to give Waltham a 3-3 tie with Dorchester, Matt Egan with two assists for Waltham and O’Sullivan, Lynch and MacDougall with 1-1-2 apiece for Dorchester.
Ryan Fryar scored with 8:35 left to give Newton a 3-3 tie with the Revs; Collins scored with 3:08 left to give Winchester a 2-1 decision over Framingham; Jeff Gutierrez pitched a shutout and Sean Furbush scored 12 seconds into the third period as Billerica trimmed Reading 2-0; and No. 17 had a goal and an assist as Wellesley downed Winchester 3-1.
In the North, Andrew TeDuits and Owen Delvalle scored two goals apiece and Giacomo Cincotti had two assists in Charlestown’s 6-3 victory over Cape Ann – Emerson Marshall with a goal and assist in the loss; Cam Doherty dished out four assists, Jeff Hallinan scored twice and Beverly scored four goals in the second period and trimmed Chelmsford 5-3; Chaman pitched a shutout and L. O’Neil scored early as Hyde Park topped the Railers 2-0; and Michaud, who also had an assist, scored the tying goal with 2:56 left in the second period and Graziano also posted 1-1-2 as Belmont tied Medfield 3-3 – J. Collins with two goals and an assist for Medfield.
Maine had a win and a tie in the South. Josh Laquidera scored his second goal of the game and then assisted on Colby Bilodeau’s goal 38 seconds later in the second period as Maine edged North Andover 3-2, No. 13 with both goals in the loss – and Logan Caron scored with 2:50 left in the second period as Maine tied SMS1-1, Bent with a first-period goal for SMS;
Devon Page, who also had an assist, scored two late goals to give Medford a 3-2 decision over Melrose – Dom Lamentea with 1-12-2 in the loss; Maddie Dinardo scored with 10:52 left to give Masco a 2-1 victory over Cambridge Gaskin posted 2-1-3 and Doe had two assists as Somerville scored all three goals in the second period of a 3-2 win over Woburn; and Zach MacInness scored twice as Woburn topped Cambridge 3-1.
The Revs won twice in the East. Rhys Duncan scored twice in a 7-3 victory over the Railers, who got 1-1-2 from Zach Bouncer and two assists from Jonathan Lahue – and Brett Peterson, who also had an assist, scored with 1:58 left to give the Revs a 3-2 decision over Framingham;
Nolan Decay (one assists) and Anthony Pompeo (two assists) each assisted on the other’s goal as NH East topped Haverhill/Pentucket 5-2; Sawyer Zuzenak wore the hat in Winchester’s 5-1 victory over Haverhill/Pentucket; Jack Allard’s second goal of the game, with 7:15 left, gave Methuen a 3-2 decision over Arlington – Tyler Venturelli with both goals in the loss; Mike Peledge posted 1-1-2 as Reading edged NH East 3-2 – Pompeo with 1-1-2 in the loss; and Brayden Straub scored twice, Marcus Paes and Ben Valente both posted two assists and Colm McCarthy pitched a shutout in Parkway’s 4-0 win over Acton-Boxboro.
In the West, Gordon Gibbons scored twice, Tyler Karp and Krystian Reese both had a goal and an assist and Kieran Dineen two assists in Needham’s 6-1 victory over Lynn; Jared Allsopp wore a natural hat, two of the goals 1:14 apart, in Medford’s 5-2 win over Parkway; and Xavier Yepez scored the tying goal with 4:42 left and Reid Festel had two assists as Wakefield tied Wellesley 3-3 – James Gould with two assists for Wellesley.
In the North, Mark Manfreda wore the hat and Max Sullivan both scored one goal and set up two others in Triboro’s 5-1 win over Wilmington; Luke Frauton wore the hat as the leafs downed the Revs 7-3 – No. 92 with a hat trick for the Revs; Weitzman wore the hat in Burlington’s 4-1 victory over Waltham; John Allen scored one goal and handed out three assists and Sean Higgins scored twice in Billerica’s 8-1 win over North Central; Derek Crowe scored one goal and set up two others, Jameson DiModica had two assists and Max Santiago came within 1:30 of a shutout as the Demons downed the Railers 3-1; Jacob Noe had 2-2-4, James Redding three assists and Andrew Cohen two goals in a four-goal first period that sent Brookline past Waltham 6-3 – Max Luby with 1-1-2 in the win and Max Becker 1-1-2 in the loss; Gavin Richard and Harrison Walker both posted 2-1-3, Peter King had 1-1-2 and Hayden Herrick and Marcus Adams both added two assists in Lexington/Bedford’s 7-1 victory over Hyde Park; and McWhinnie’s second goal of the game, with 3:47 left, gave Natick a 3-2 decision over Hyde Park – Wheeler with both goals in the loss.
In the South, Logan Green pitched a shutout and Tom Woodlock had a goal and an assist in Greater Lowell’s 3-0 victory over SMS; Bouffard clicked for 2-1-3, Tolosa posted 1-2-3, Fitzpatrick scored twice and Babineau pitched a shutout as S&S topped Allston/Brighton 6-0; and Trip Rossetti scored one goal and handed out three helpers, Colby Doane scored twice and Almeida had two assists in Agawam’s 6-3 victory over Cape Ann – Deston Cauthers with 1-1-2 and Bodin Jobe two assists in the loss.
In East action, Rich scored four goals, Cassidy had two goals and an assist, Murphy a goal and two assists and Leone a goal and an assist in Winthrop’s 9-2 win over Somerville – Valens with both goals and Sullivan assists on both in the loss; Silvestro Maniscalco and Ethan Gori both scored twice and Alex Dubow pitched a shutout in Wakefield’s 5-0 win over North Andover; Shu pitched a shutout and Deignan scored in the first period as Medfield edged Medford 1-0; Yanni Loyack scored twice in the third period to give Woburn a 2-1 decision over Winchester; Billy Flett wore the hat, Jacob Frost scored twice and Aiden MacLeod pitched a shutout in Burlington’s 6-0 victory over Stoneham/North Reading; Tyler Gilfoy’s second goal of the game with 17 seconds left gave the Railers a 3-3 tie with Somerville – Sullivan with two goals for Somerville; David Ruggiero scored late in the second period as Wellesley edged Arlington 1-0; Andrew Pucci scored what turned out to be the winner with 7:09 left as Reading trimmed Andover 4-2; Voss came within 3:45 of a shutout and Ryan Geany and Naylor both had 1-1-2 in Lexington/Bedford’s 3-1 win over Woburn; and Colby Dunham scored four goals, Jarrod Racki tallied twice and Gianna Tringale pitched a shutout as Danvers stopped Tewksbury 8-0.
In the West, Jason Pino scored one goal and dished out three assists, Jack Kiernan wore the hat, Dan Dussault had a goal and two assists and Aaron Al-Maragati and Joe Smith shared the shutout as Melrose defeated Brookline 7-0; Ronan McGowan scored twice as Acton-Boxboro trimmed Triboro 3-1; Aris Stefanis scored twice and Brian Morvillo scored what turned out to be the winner with 10:38 left as Waltham downed the Revs 5-3 – Tanner Cutter with two goals in the loss; and Josh Narducci scored with 4:40 left to give the Leafs a 2-1 victory over Twin City.
