ELITE

 

Lynnfield/Saugus won twice. Drew Damiani scored one goal and handed out two assists in a 5-3 victory over Concord, Owen Jones with two goals in the loss – and Danny Storella wore the hat and had an assist and Damiani scored twice in a 5-3 win over Cambridge, No. 10 with 1-1-2 in the loss;

 

In the other game, No. 34 scored one goal and set up another as Dorchester topped Acton-Boxboro 4-2 – Noah McCusker with assists on both goals in the loss.

 

AAA

 

Everett/Revere, Newton and Triton all won twice. Dave Saia set up two goals and Matt Bozzi scored what turned out to be the winner with 1:59 left in the second period as Everett/Revere edged Lexington/Bedford 3-2 – and Saia, who also had an assist, scored with 23 seconds left to give E/R a 2-1 decision over NH East; Caden O’Neil pitched a shutout and Mitch Gordon scored twice as Newton downed NH East 3-0 – and Dan Schwartzman scored one goal and handed out two assists and Gordon posted 1-1-2 in a 4-1 victory over Acton-Boxboro; Tyler Egan’s second and third goals of the game came in the third period and gave Triton a 4-2 decision over Winthrop, Robert Diaz with 1-1-2 in the loss – and Griffin Houlihan scored twice, Quinn Moses posted 1-1-2 and Nick Kutcher had two assists in a 6-3 victory over Lexington/Bedford;

 

Sean McDougall and James Fitzgerald scored in the first period as Dorchester edged Wakefield 2-1; Mike Nigro wore the hat and added an assist, Dan Freedman posted 1-1-2 and Sam McDonald had two assists in Winchester’s 6-1 victory over Reading; Shay Donahue scored four goals and set up another, Joe Gaziano posted 2-1-3 and Joe Michaud 1-1-2 in Belmont’s 8-0 win over Everett/Revere; and Jeff Gutierrez pitched a shutout and Chris Viscione had 1-1-2 as Billerica topped Triton 3-0.

Beverly and Natick both won twice, Natick also wore a tie, Stoneham/North Reading had a win and a tie and Parkway wore a pair of ties in the North. Dylan Alves scored one goal and dished out three assists, Tim Sullivan and DJ Bachini delivered two goals and an assist apiece, Rocco Orlendella had two assists and Jim O’Connell pitched a shutout in Beverly’s 8-0 victory over Triboro – and Bachini wore the hat and had an assist in a 4-1 triumph over Tewksbury; Noah Czech scored four goals and dished out three assists, Dan Kapliun also wore a hat, adding two assists, Reagan Foley scored one goal and dished out four assists and Jackson Balcom and Dan Fennell both also posted two assists in Natick’s big win over Melrose, Anthony White with two goals, Pat Cotter 1-1-2 and Dom Lamentea two assists in the loss; Czech wore the hat and Brendan MacDonnell had 1-1-2 in a 5-3 win over Medfield, Scior with 1-1-2 in the loss; Landon Phillips scored four goals, No. 14 had 1-1-2 and Joey Collins had two assists as Stoneham/North Reading topped Cape Ann 5-4, Emerson Marshall and Jack Delaney with 2-1-3 apiece in the loss; Brendan White and Niall Carney scored third-period goals to give Parkway a 2-2 tie with Natick; and Sam Deraney started a rally with 9:39 left, Nate Berlucchi followed with 7:15 remaining and Deraney then came through again with 5:28 on the clock, Evan Tripp with assists on two of the three goals, as Parkway pulled out a 3-3 tie with Stoneham/North Reading (three goals in the second period);

 

Jack O’Brien scored one goal and set up another as Needham trimmed Hyde Park 3-1; Alex Coady came within 1:14 of a shutout and Owen DelValle had 1-1-2 as Charleston downed Chelmsford 3-1; and Aiden Riley ended Alyssa Wackrow’s shutout with five seconds left to give the Railers a 1-1 tie with Woburn.

 

SMS won twice in the South. Che scored twice in a 3-2 decision over Masco -- and Jarzynka had a goal and an assist in a 4-2 victory over Marblehead, Chris Locke with 1-1-2 in the loss;

 

Aiden Prentiss scored what turned out to be the winner with 10:54 left as Twin City edged Woburn 3-2; Owen Kreuz wore the hat and Braden Curran had a goal and two assists in Newburyport’s 7-1 win over Medford; Gaskin scored four goals and set up two others, Curtis posted 2-1-3, Lounsberry had 1-2-3 and No.9 also scored twice in Somerville’s 9-3 victory over Andover – Pat Layman with all three goals in the loss; and Brett Peterson and Nathan Rider scored 44 seconds apart as the Revs scored three goals in 3:58 in the second period of a 3-1 win over Cambridge.

 

Methuen won three games, the Railers AA2 posted two wins and a tie and Concord all won twice in the East. Cole Lambert wore the hat and added an assist, Jack Allard handed out three assists and Gabe Lozowski had two assists in Methuen’s 4-1 victory over NH East; Colin Grimley wore the hat, Allard scored twice, Marc Hebbelinck had two assists and Shea Adams and Noah Page shared the shutout in a 7-0 win over Arlington – and Allard scored four goals, Lozowski scored twice and Kolbe Vachon and Dante Gentile both posted two assists in a 6-2 triumph over Framingham, John Hudson with 1-1-2 in the loss; Jack Joyal scored the winner in the second period as the Railers edged Billerica 2-1; Ryan Greenwood pitched a shutout and No, 96 scored late in the first period of a 2-0 win over Andover – and  Max Sullivan ended Kaiden Keddy’s shutout with 2:35 left and then scored again 34 seconds later to give Triboro a 2-2 tie with the Railers, who got both goals from Joyal; Gavin Currier wore the hat and Zach McCoy assisted on two of the goals as Concord edged Cambridge 3-2 – and John Thomas scored twice in the third period, Aiden Ranshaw posted 1-2-3, Sam Foulds 1-1-2 in a 5-3 victory over North Andover, Kyle Losco with two goals and Keenan Gosselin two assists in the loss;

 

Nolan Griffin scored one goal and set up two others, Tyler Venturelli scored twice and Dan Kirchner had a goal and an assist as Arlington downed South Boston 6-0; Nolan Locke wore the hat, Eli Tripodis had three assists and Trevor Chicoyne 1-1-2 in North Andover’s 8-1 victory over Arlington; David Joy set up two goals and Riley McCann and Dante Mazzaferro scored 3:09 apart in the first period as Railers A1 downed Winchester 4-1; Nolan Deacy and Tyler Blake (one assist) scored 1:14 apart midway through the third period as NH East edged South Boston 4-3 – Dylan Picard with two goals in the loss; Tristan Moreau scored one goal and assisted on two tallies by Colby Robinson as Reading trimmed Haverhill/Pentucket 3-1; Sawyer Zuzenak’s second goal of the game, 1:25 into the third period, turned out to be the winner, and Jack Sheehan posted 1-1-2 as Winchester edged the Revs 3-2 – Tom Rider with 1-1-2 in the loss; Cal Dornan scored with 21 seconds left to give Haverhill/Pentucket a 2-1 decision over the Railers A1; and Ruggero Botto scored five goals and Tom Fulginiti two as Cambridge topped Haverhill/Pentucket 7-4 – Tanner Ciano with all four goals in the loss.

 

Wellesley wore a pair of ties in the West. Russell LeBert scored the tying goal with 2:43 left and Collin Fiske posted 1-1-2 as Lexington/Bedford tied Wellesley 4-4, Calvin Parker and Alden Truner with 1-1-2 apiece and Jasper Gander two assists for Wellesley – and Alex Fata scored with 7:38 left and Reid Festel followed with 3:06 remaining to give Wakefield a 4-4 tie with Wellesley, Xavier Yepez with 1-1-2 and Frankie Leone two assists for Wakefield and Turner wearing a hat for Wellesley;

 

Rylan Sparrow scored twice, Aidan Zaphiris and William McDonald both had two assists and Colm McCarthy pitched a shutout in Parkway’s 4-0 victory over Wakefield; No. 36 scored twice and Steve MacDougall had 1-1-2 as Brookline downed Dorchester 6-2; Matt Korbin scored twice in the first period as Waltham edged Parkway 4-3 – Tim McNeil and Timmy Bruen with 1-1-2 apiece in the loss; and Jack Walsh scored the tying goal with one second left in the second period as the Demons tied North Central 3-3.

S&S and Billerica both won twice in the North. Babineau pitched a shutout and Pasquale and Nichols both had a goal and an assist as S&S trimmed Belmont 2-0 – and Tolaso wore the hat and had an assist, Wood posted 2-1-3, L’Italien 1-2-3, Herlihy two goals, Pasquale two assists and Babineau the shutout in a big win over Nashoba; Jason Paganis came within 2:19 of a shutout and Dylan Flynn scored two goals and set up another in Billerica’s 3-1 victory over the Demons – and Luke Matarazzo scored what turned out to be the winner in the second period of a 3-2 decision over the Leafs;

 

Matt Calouro came within 42.5 seconds of a shutout and Anthony Angiuoni and No. 9 scored in the second period as Tewksbury edged Triboro 2-1; Jaxon Decker scored twice in the second period and James Brideau posted 1-1-2 in North Central’s 4-2 win over Triboro; Chris Patterson clicked for 2-1-3, Dylan Mullarky and Cam Gagnon both also scored twice, Brett Gallucci posted 1-1-2 and Justin Finnegan came within 2:41 of a shutout as Wilmington downed Natick 7-1; Jared Allsopp posted 2-1-3, Richie Moretti had 1-1-2 and Jackson Myung pitched a shutout in Medford’s 4-0 win over Belmont; Justin L’Abbe was in goal for Cape Ann and Ryan Greenwood for the Railers in a 0-0 tie; Jordan Sheppard scored what turned out to be the winner with 6:41 left as Southern Maine edged Lynn 3-2; MacLeod pitched a shutout and Heldenbergh and Andriolo both posted 1-1-2 as Burlington topped Medford 3-0; Mark Pollack clicked for two goals and two assists, Luke Twomey had 1-1-2, Brett Sandford two assists and Luke Graham the shutout as Agawam defeated Wilmington 6-0; Clickstein, who also had an assist, scored the winner with 2:54 left and Reese and No. 33 both posted 1-1-2 as Needham edged Waltham 4-3 – Joe McCullough with 2-1-3 in the loss; and Robert Kenneflick scored twice and Kurt Bellafontaine pitched a shutout as the Leafs stopped Needham 4-0.

 

In the South, Sullivan wore the hat and handed out three assists, Bella Gillis posted two goals and two assists, Wilkinson four assists and Fillmore two goals and an assist in Somerville’s 8-1 victory over Needham; Paul Kazarosian had 2-2-4 and Jack Thurmond also posted two assists as Newton topped the Edge 6-3 – Owen Sadowski with two assists in the loss; Finn Conneely wore the hat and Aidan Nardelli and Declan Smyth both had 1-1-2 as Allston/Brighton defeated Wellesley 6-2 – Charlie Carpenter with both goals and Ryan Harding assists on both in the loss; Brayden Good set up two goals and Cam Dykstra scored what turned out to be the winner with 8:20 left as the Edge nipped Triton 3-2; Matt Tetreault, who also had an assist, scored with one second left to give Concord a 4-4 tie with Everett/Revere – Gil Bairos with two goals for E/R; and Rhys Duncan scored what turned out to be the winner in the second period as the Revs edged Winchester 3-2.

 

In East action, Steve Williams scored all four goals, including a natural hat over 2:13 early, as Andover topped Masco 4-1; D’Agostino pitched a shutout and Kingsbury scored early as Lexington/Bedford trimmed Billerica 2-0; Ryan Crosby clicked for a goal and two assists and Stephen Murray and Christian Fantasia both posted 1-1-2 as Reading topped Andover 7-2; Preston Tully pitched a shutout and Cam Couto had 1-1-2 as Everett/Revere downed Concord 3-0; Luke Snyder scored twice, Matt Jacques and Jake McNair both had 1-1-2 and Camden Woods two assists as NH East defeated Winthrop 7-3; Seamus Bradley and Yanni Loyack scored 1:42 apart in the third period as Woburn edged Twin City 2-1; Quinn Fallon scored twice as Burlington trimmed Arlington 5-3 – Kyle Brogan with 1-1-2 in the loss; Walls wore the hat, Carbo posted 2-1-3 and Bowler 1-2-3 as Stoneham topped North Andover 6-3 – Dom DeLeo with two goals and Tom Vasey two assists in the loss; Luke Swartz had 1-12 as SMS trimmed Needham 3-1; Pat Prudhomme scored twice as the Railers nipped Woburn 3-1; and Sal D’Amico scored four goals, Colin Underwood posted 1-1-2 and Cam Leahy had two assists as Greater Lowell downed Wellesley 6-2.

 

In the West, Jack Walmsley wore the hat as Cambridge defeated Dorchester 5-0; Waltham’s Jason Fry and Framingham’s Matt Fulhan swapped second-period goals in a 1-1 tie; Jimmy Gibbons delivered a goal and an assist in Dorchester’s 5-1 victory over Parkway; Kieran Crowley scored four goals, Joey Anderson posted 1-2-3, Davis Gillies-Holt scored twice and Nate Tacey and Jake Schiano shared the shutout as Arlington stopped Twin City 8-0; Zach Rearden wore the hat as the Leafs topped the Revs 6-2; Leonardo scored twice and Frasier pitched a shutout in Triboro’s 6-0 victory over the Railers; and Quinn MacLean scored twice, Ronan McGowan posted two assists and Jack Roche pitched a shutout to lead Acton-Boxboro to a 6-0 win over the Railers.
