Cambridge won twice. Alex Sandell’s third and fourth goals on the game in the third period gave Cambridge a 4-3 decision over Andover; John Hayes with two assists in the win – and Sandell wore a natural hat, Hayes delivered a goal and two assists and Lou Targoff and Caleb Jaffe both also had two assists in a 5-1 win over Concord;
Pat Flanagan and Tyler Lareau both had a goal and an assist as Andover trimmed Waltham 3-1; Aidan McKinney scored twice and Jake Kaveney had a goal and an assist in Framingham’s 4-1 victory over Dorchester; Gray scored twice as Greater Lowell built a 3-0 lead and held off Lynnfield/Saugus 4-2 – Danny Storella with 1-1-2 in the loss; Nathaniel Johnston, who also had two assists, scored the winner with 10:31 left, Joey Tarbell posted 1-2-3 and Owen Jones 1-1-2 as Concord nipped Arlington 4-3; and Tom McShane scored with 2:24 left to give Waltham a 2-1 decision over Cambridge.
Cullen Pitts’ second goal of the game, with 9:09 left, gave Lexington/Bedford a 4-3 decision over Wellesley; Jack Murphy wore the hat and added an assist as Dorchester downed Lexington/Bedford 4-2 – Liam Hart with assists on both goals in the loss; Austin Annunziata scored with 5:40 left to give Everett/Revere a 2-1 decision over Triton; Christian Mattaliano scored two goals in 22 seconds early in the second period as Wellesley trimmed NH East 3-1; and No. 49 scored the tying goal with 6:45 left and Ryan Quirk had 2-1-3 as Newton downed Wakefield 3-3 – Nick Knowles and Tyler Sandonato with 1-1-2 apiece and Chris Vacca two assists for Wakefield.
In the North, Alex Coady pitched a shutout and Andrew Teduits scored twice in Charlestown’s 3-0 victory over Haverhill/Pentucket; Cam Doherty scored the winner with 6:13 left and Jeff Hallinan had two goals and an assist as Beverly edged Cape Ann 4-3; Ethan Cliff pitched a shutout and TK Keyo scored in the second period as Chelmsford topped Melrose 2-0; Noah Czech wore the hat as Natick downed Hyde Park 5-3 – Colon with two goals in the loss; Brendan Martel scored twice as Triboro trimmed Medfield 3-1; Nolan Westberg pitched a shutout and Eric Perry scored with 10 seconds left in the first period as the Revs downed Needham 2-0’ Matt Kirk and John Porter both clicked for 1-1-2 as Stoneham/North Reading got by Chelmsford 3-1; and Aidan O’Malley scored twice and Ben Black posted a goal and an assist as Needham defeated Parkway 5-1.
Andover won twice and Nashoba and Newburyport both won a game and tied each other in the South. Matvey Malinovski scored twice and Pete McLaughlin and Brendan Sheedy both had a goal and an assist as Andover trimmed Dorchester 4-2 – and Pat Layman wore the hat and had two assists and Sheedy posted 1-1-2 in a 7-1 win over Medford; Ryan McNulty wore the hat and added two assists, Tyler Frazee scored one goal and handed out three assists, Matt Lesser also had two assists and Cavan Quinn pitched a shutout in Nashoba’s 5-0 win over Acton-Boxboro; Forrest and Rinaldi scored two goals apiece, Sullivan posted 1-1-2 and Bartalski pitched a shutout in Newburyport’s 8-0 victory over Marblehead – and Jarod Dantas scored with 1:28 left and Ryan Strout followed with 51 seconds on the clock to give Nashoba a 2-2 tie with Newburyport, Kreuz with both goals for Newburyport;
Cal Biglio had a goal and an assist and Dom Smigliani scored what turned out to be the winner with 29 seconds left in the second period as Medford downed Masco 4-2; O’Brien scored twice as SMS defeated Woburn 4-1; Gian Zambrano had 1-1-2 and Evan Taylor posted two assists as the Railers topped Twin City 5-1; Gaskin wore the hat and added an assist, Curtatone scored twice and Curtis also had two assists as Somerville stopped Concord-Carlisle 8-1; and Cam Waldman scored twice and Dan Grant had two assists in Marblehead’s 5-1 win over Dorchester.
Maine won twice and the Railers A1 had a win and a tie in the East. Josh Laquidara scored with 28 seconds left and Logan Caron followed nine seconds later to give Maine a dramatic 4-3 victory over North Andover, Sam Elliott with two goals in the loss – and Max Lieman clicked for 2-1-3 and Colby Bilodeau and Caron both had 1-1-2 in a 5-1 victory over NH East; Robert Isabelle and Mike Mazzola both had 1-1-2 and Jack Duehring had two assists as the Railers topped Arlington 6-3, Jake Kerble with two goals and Dan Kirchner 1-1-2 in the loss – and Dante Mazzaferro’s second goal of the game, with 5:03 left, capped a three-goal third-period comeback and gave the Railers A1 a 3-3 tie with Amesbury, Jeremy Conlin with 1-1-2 for Amesbury;
Parker Green snapped a 1-1 tie early in the second period as the Revs topped Dedham 4-1; William Neiberger clicked for 1-1-2 and John Hudson had two assists as Framingham defeated Cambridge 5-1; Picard scored twice and Fucile posted 1-1-2 as South Boston trimmed Haverhill/Pentucket 5-3 – Tanner Ciano with 1-1-2 in the loss; Ryan Greenwood pitched a shutout and five different players scored as the Railers AA2 defeated North Central 5-0; Rhys Duncan scored twice as the Revs topped Methuen 5-2; Colin Stevenson had 1-2-3 and Shawn Casey, Matt Collina and Dave Driscoll all posted 1-1-2 in Winchester’s 7-2 victory over South Boston – Dylan Picard with both goals and Tom Donovan assists on both in the loss; and Colin Grimley scored twice, Jack Allard posted 1-1-2 and Shea Adams and Kolbe Vachon shared the shutout in Methuen’s 4-0 victory over Concord.
Billerica won twice and Lexington/Bedford had a win and a tie in the West. Nicolas Isnor had a goal and an assist in Billerica’s 5-1 victory over Triboro – and Isnor had 1-1-2 in a 3-1 win over Andover; Nate Voss pitched a shutout and Matt Hickey scored early in Lexington/Bedford’s 1-0 victory over Dorchester – and Harrison Walker, who also had an assist, scored with 7:35 left and Russell LeBert then capped a hat trick with 4:44 remaining to give Lexington/Bedford a 5-5 tie with Parkway, Colin Stowe with two goals and Dan Earley 1-1-2 in Parkway’s five-goal second period;
Drew Barrett scored twice in Wakefield’s 5-2 victory over Dorchester; and Jack Cronin clicked for 1-1-2, Kyran Maher had two assists and Tim Boese scored what turned out to be the winner with 57 seconds left in the second period as Andover edged the Demons 5-4.
Lynn won twice and Wilmington had a win and a tie in the North. Connor Gagne wore the hat and had an assist, Riley Bagely scored one goal and handed out three assists, Ryan Lariviere also wore the hat and Noah Maercklein also posted three assists in Lynn’s big win over Agawam – and Mike Capone scored twice and Bagely had 1-1-2 in a 6-1 victory over Burlington; Mike Sullivan wore the hat and William O’Shea posted two assists in Wilmington’s 4-2 win over Nashoba – and Ryan Murray ended Luke Graham’s shutout with 3:54 left to give Wilmington a 1-1 tie with Agawam, which went ahead on Colby Doane’s goal with 6:16 remaining;
Alden Turner started a late rally with a goal with 3:17 left, Nolan Maul followed 1:17 later and Turner connected again with 14 seconds on the clock to give Wellesley a 3-2 decision over Waltham – Brenden Donovan with 1-1-2 in the win; Max Little had two assists and Max Luby scored what turned out to be the winner with 1:30 left in the first period as Brookline downed Waltham 4-1; Dante Reali scored twice and Jordan Sheppard had 1-1-2 as Southern Maine trimmed Belmont 3-1; Roddy scored with 3:49 left to give S&S a 2-1 decision over S. Maine; Luke Frauton scored with 6:30 remaining as the Leafs got by Triboro 2-0; Owen Yeaw wore the hat and Ryan Greenwood pitched a shutout as the Railers topped Natick 5-0; and Logan Favart scored the winner in the second period as North Central defeated the Leafs 4-1.
Newton won twice in the South. Ben Rishikof scored what proved to be the winner in the second period of a 2-1 decision over the Edge A1 – and Rishikof and Paul Kazarosian both wore hats and had three assists, Colum Donovan scored two goals and also handed out three assists, Jack Thurmond posted 1-2-3 and Tracy Pennington also scored twice in a big win over Acton-Boxboro;
Preston Tully and Cooper Branzell came within 2:31 of a shared shutout in Everett/Revere’s 3-1 victory over Lynnfield/Saugus; Stanton scored two goals and dished out three assists, Colatuoni wore the hat, Hennessey scored twice, Dolan had 1-1-2 and Poma came within three minutes of a shutout in Hyde Park’s big win over Somerville; Ryan Harding clicked for 2-1-2 and Steph Maramaldi had 1-1-2 in Wellesley’s 6-1 victory over Everett/Revere; Aidan Gustafdson had 2-1-3, Sam Giles also scored twice and Pat Caffrey had 1-1-2 as the Edge A2 topped Needham 6-1; Finn Connolly wore the hat as Allston/Brighton nipped Winchester 3-2 – Quin Johansen with both goals in the loss; and Connor Reeves pitched a shutout and Cam Dyskstra scored in the second period as the Edge A1 trimmed Winchester 1-0.
In the East, Pat Prudhomme scored what turned out to be the winner as the Railers topped Medfield 4-1; Billy Flett scored two goals in 21 second and Jake Ferullo and Evan Johnson both had two assists as Burlington topped Woburn 5-3; James DeMarco scored with 5:52 left to give Haverhill/Pentucket a3-2 decision over Stoneham; Kyle Dasilva pitched a shutout and Conor Boudreault had 1-1-2 as Masco defeated NH East 3-0; Rich scored the winner with 5:25 left and Cassidy scored twice as Winthrop edged Andover 3-2; Sean Hogan’s fourth goal of the game, with 26 seconds left, gave Wakefield a 4-4 tie with Danvers – Dave LoCoco and Zach Laverdure with two assists apiece on the Hogan goals and Parker Glenn with two goals for Danvers; Jake Amoroso scored what turned out to be the winner in the second period as Billerica defeated Arlington 5-2; and Ryan Tanizaki and Aidan Auditore scored 2:01 apart early as Medford edged Twin City 2-1.
Dorchester had a win and a tie in the West. No. 20 scored with 4:50 left to give Dorchester a 2-1 decision over Framingham – and Belmont rallied for four goals in 4:33 late for a 5-5 tie with Dorchester, with Adam Bauer scoring his second of the game with 5:21 left, Declan McKinley following with 4:35 remaining and Bauer then coming through with 3:19 and 51 seconds left for the tie; Jimmy Gibbons and Jackie Hanlon with 2-1-3 apiece and Cole Skinner 1-1-2 for Dorchester;
Chris Bushnell scored with 5:46 left, 52 seconds after Brendan Campbell gave Waltham the lead, to give Acton-Boxboro a 1-1 tie; Nathan Pletta had 1-2-3 and Jack Bretl also posted two assists in Concord-Carlisle’s 4-2 victory over Brookline; Josh Narducci snapped a 1-1 tie with 61 seconds left as the Leafs downed Acton-Boxboro 4-2; Tom Quinn and Dillon O’Reilly scored 15 seconds apart and Aiden McLeod pitched a shutout in Burlington’s 4-0 win over Twin City; Isaac Wedman wore the hat, Micah Moise collected 2-1-3 and Oliver Ranson pitched a shutout as Cambridge defeated Parkway 7-0; Tyler had two assists and Danny Dussault capped his team’s three-goal rally over 1:59 of the second period as Melrose trimmed Cambridge 4-2; and Rossi assisted on third-period goals by Poitras and Carpenter 1:28 apart as the Railers edged Framingham 3-2 – Louie Walls with a goal and an assist in the loss.
