Corey Quinland’s first-period goal turned out to be the winner as Cambridge downed Belmont 4-1; Fecteau and Sotiropouls scored third-period goals to give Arlington a 3-1 victory over Cambridge; No. 13 had a goal and two assists, Liam Lawn, R.J. Kavey and James Grady all posted a goal and an assist and Tom McShane had two assists in Waltham’s 8-3 win over Greater Lowell; Drew Damiani scored what turned out to be the winner in the first period as Lynnfield/Saugus edged Andover 2-1; and Forrest Nelson had two goals and an assist, Lucas Rego and Sean Mercuri both also scored twice, Easton Morse had two assists and Aidan Lavoie pitched a shutout in Lowell’s 8-0 triumph over Arlington.
Winchester had a win and a tie. Max Tong wore the hat and added an assist and Shaan Porecha and Danny Collins both posted a goal and two assists in a 5-3 victory over NH East, Ty Robinson with two goals, Keegan Knight with 1-1-2 and Travis Perkins two assists in the loss – and Porecha scored with one second left to give Winchester a 2-2 tie with Triton, Andrew Johnson with two goals and Quinn Moses 1-1-2 for Triton;
Jacob McArthur and Matt Conley scored 40 seconds apart late to give Wakefield a 2-2 tie with Framingham, which got assists on both goals from
No. 16; Gaziano, Rosenmeier and Harrington all clicked for 1-1-2 as Belmont topped Newton 4-1; Joe Tierney scored one goal and handed out three assists and Connor McIsaac had 2-1-3 in Billerica’s 7-1 victory over Winthrop; Sean Doherty came through with 1-2-3, Tyler Sandonato scored twice and Nick Knowles had 1-1-2 in Wakefield’s 6-0 win over Winthrop; Sean MacDougall had 1-1-2 as Dorchester topped Reading 4-0; and Connor Nannene’s second goal of the game, with 29 seconds left, gave Acton-Boxboro a 3-3 tie with newton – Ben Su with 1-1-2 for A-B and Mitch Gordon two goals and Dan Schwartzman 1-1-2 for Newton.
In the North, Andrew Teduits scored twice and Tom Driscoll had a goal and an assist in Charlestown’s 4-2 victory over Melrose – Dom Lamentea with both goals in the loss; Medfield’s Cam Boyer and Needham’s Albertson swapped goals in a 1-1 tie; Nick DiCioccio scored two goals in 1:16 early in the third period as Tewksbury edged Cape Ann 2-1; and Mike Burns wore the hat, James Wiklund posted 1-2-3 and Cole Pelkey 1-1-2 in Chelmsford’s 7-2 win over Beverly – DJ Bachini with both goals and Quinn Fidler assists on both in the loss.
In the South, Ethan Thorp’s fourth goal of the game, with 31 seconds left, gave Concord-Carlisle a 4-3 decision over Twin City; Dan DeFeo wore the hat, Zach MacInnes clicked for 1-2-3 and Connor Welch 1-1-2 in Woburn’s 6-2 victory over Acton-Boxboro; Chris Salvator’s second goal of the game snapped a 2-2 tie with 10:52 left as Newburyport got by Somerville 4-2 – Gaskin with both goals in the loss; Maddie Dinardo scored with 7:36 left and Gabe Fales followed with 3:41 remaining to give Masco a 3-3 tie with Marblehead – Charles Grenier with 1-1-2 and Cam Waldman two assists in a three-goal first period for Marblehead; Cal Baglio had two goals and an assist as Medford trimmed Dorchester 3-2; and Nick Berardinelli and Connor Nee scored early as Dorchester edged Masco 2-1.
Maine and Methuen both won twice in the East. Logan Caron and Josh Laquidera (one assists) scored late goals to give Maine a 4-2 victory over Concord, Sam Foulds with 1-1-2 in the loss – and Caron posted 1-2-3, Max Lieman scored twice and Laquidera had 1-1-2 in a 4-2 triumph over Reading; Jack Allard’s second goal of the game, with 10:48 left, turned out to be the winner and Gabe Lozowski had 1-1-2 as Methuen nipped Amesbury 5-4, Gio Recupero with 1-1-2 in the loss – and Allard wore the hat and Keegan Boyden had 1-1-2 in a 6-4 win over the Railers, Jack Duehring with two assists in the loss;
Finn Bussiere pitched a shutout and Sam Goslin scored with 6:50 left as NH East edged Haverhill/Pentucket 1-0; Mike St. Cyr scored twice and No. 11 had 1-1-2 in Framingham’s 4-0 victory over Arlington; and Joe Mercuri, who also had an assist, scored his second goal of the game with 4:29 left to give Dedham a 4-4 tie with Winchester – Tucker Martin and Shawn Casey with 1-1-2 apiece for Winchester.
The Leafs posted a win and a tie in the West. Brady Pelletier delivered a goal and two assists and Connor Joy scored twice in a 4-1 victory over Andover – and Kurt Bellefontaine was in goal for the Leafs and Colby Wagner for the Railers A2 in a 0-0 tie;
Ben Valente wore the hat, No.34 had two assists and Colm McCarthy pitched a shutout in Parkway’s 4-0 win over the Railers AA2; Kaiden Keddy pitched a shutout and Ryan Powell scored earl as the Railers A1 downed South Boston 3-0; Nolan Yusikones scored twice in Triboro’s 6-1 victory over Andover; Reid Festel scored the winner win the second period as Wakefield edged Lexington/Bedford 2-1; and Karp scored one goal and dished out four assists, Spalla wore the hat and added an assist and Villa had 1-1-2 in Needham’s 8-3 victory over Parkway.
Southern Maine and the Revs both had two wins in the North. Dante Reali’s second goal of the game, with eight seconds left, gave S. Maine a 2-1 decision over Medford – and Eli Sjostedt, who also had an assist, scored what turned out to be the winner with 5:30 left and Reali had another goal in a 3-2 win over Burlington, which got both goals from Weitzman; Josh Barshsteyn scored one goal and handed out three assists, CJ Reding had 1-2-3, Eric Farrell scored twice and Nathan Anderson came within 44 seconds of a shutout as the Revs topped Agawam 4-1 – and Reding and Farrell both wore hats and Barshteyn had 1-1-2 in an 8-4 win over Natick, Matt Maloney with 2-1-3 and Kenan Kelly 1-1-2 in the loss;
Doug George scored his second goal of the game with 8:01 left and then capped a hat trick with 12 seconds remaining to give Dorchester a 4-3 decision over Waltham – Brendan Cotter with a goal and an assist in the loss; Max Sullivan scored twice in Triboro’s 4-1 win over the Demons; Cole Howard posted 1-1-2 as the Crusaders downed Nashoba 4-1; William O’Shea’s 1-1-2 helped Wilmington past the Crusaders 4-2; Derek Budrow scored the winner with 7:03 left and Tom Brunner had two assists as Cape Ann nipped Natick 4-3; and Babine pitched a shutout and Pasquale scored in the first period as S&S trimmed Cape Ann 2-0.
In the South, John Dalessandro scored what turned out to be the winner with 6:11 left as Wakefield trimmed NH East 5-3; Zach MacDonald scored twice and Mike Burns had two assists as Beverly topped the Edge 5-3 – Sal Pace with two goals in the loss; Tom Woodlock and Mike Desmarais both posted 1-1-2 as Greater Lowell downed Lynnfield/Saugus 5-3; Griffin White wore the hat and had an assist, Matt Sheehan posted 1-2-3, Owen Bell also had two assists and Teagan Wilson came within 59 seconds of a shutout as Triton topped the Edge 5-1; Kobi Balsam pitched a shutout and Jack Thurmond posted two assists as Newton defeated Hyde Park 3-0; Alex Teryazos, who also had an assist, scored the winner with 10:40 left as Wellesley got by Somerville 3-1; Will Roncone delivered 2-1-3, Bailey Landsteiner 1-2-3, Brayden Goode three assists and Eric Bragg, Cam Dykstra and Nathan Pope 1-1-2 apiece as the Edge topped SMS 8-2 -- Jason Brooks with both goals in the loss; and Chris Barsotti scored twice in the third period in Everett/Revere’s 3-1 victory over Needham.
In the East, Steve Williams, who also had an assist, wore a late hat, scoring with 3:44, 1:34 and :12 to give Andover a 4-4 tie with North Andover – Jasper Bent with two assists for Andover; Malvese scored with 4:33 left to give Medfield a 2-1 decision over Medford; Chris Maher scored twice as Woburn defeated Lexington/Bedford 6-1; Steve DiFilippo scored with 4:11 left to give Masco a 3-3 tie with Haverhill/Pentucket – Paolo Orlando with 1-1-2 and James DeMarco two assists for H/P; Tyler Gilfoy of the Railers and Colin Lally of Medford swapped second-period goal in a 1-1 tie; and Gavin O’Keefe scored the winner with 5:22 left, Andrew Pucci scored twice and Tom Merkle had two assists as Reading edged Winthrop 4-3— Leone with 1-1-2 in the loss.
In the West, Deegan Atkinson and Aidon Doe shared the shutout and Zach Soumoulis scored with 7:12 left as the Leafs edged Triboro 1-0; Robert Brady scored twice, Teddy Mckeown and Jack Bretl both posted 1-1-2 and Nathan Pletta and Jack Moskow both had two assists as Concord-Carlisle downed Parkway 8-1; Sam Malone scored the tying goal with 5:48 left and Tim Kent had two assists as Tewksbury tied Waltham 3-3; Matt Fulhan and Drew Pepi scored 1:54 apart in the third period as Framingham edged Acton-Boxboro 2-1; and Jason Pino scored twice, Alex Tremblay had two assists and Aaron Al-Marayati and JoJo Smith scored the shutout as Melrose topped Dorchester 4-0.
