In the North, Reid Gekle scored two goals and set up another and Gavin Cassidy scored what turned out to be the winner with 10:12 left as Concord-Carlisle edged Danvers 3-2; Christian Schneelock handed out three assists, Max McGreal and No. 10 both posted 1-1-2 and Tyler Barry pitched a shutout in Framingham’s 4-0 victory over Waltham; Pat McNamara clicked for 2-1-3 and Cam Rager had two assists in Stoneham’s 4-2 win over Winthrop – Charlie Lane with both goals in the loss; Colin Hogan pitched a shutout and Kyle Hankey scored twice as SMS downed Medfield 3-0; Agawam trimmed Haverhill 4-2; and Hyde Park topped Waltham 3-=1.
North Reading won twice and Melrose and Everett/Revere both had a win and a tie in the South.
