"ELITE"

 

Natick won twice. Ryan Jewett, who also had an assist, scored the winner with 10:41 left and Mike Fair also delivered a goal and an assist in a 2-1 decision over Triton – and Henry Nemitz scored what turned out to be the winner midway through the first period of a 3-1 victory over Seacoast;

Carter Laramie scored with 10:06 left to give Marblehead a 1-1 tie with Cambridge – John Hayes with an early Cambridge goal; Jack Griffin set up both goals as Tewksbury tied Winchester 2-2; Josh Bradley pitched a shutout and Alex Monteiro scored in the second period as Triton edged Needham 1-0; Matt Tataronis, who also had an assist, snapped a 2-2 tie with 37 seconds left as Hollis got by the Edge 4-2; and Cam Arsenault, Ryan Adams and Sarah Caruso all had two goals and an assist as Chelmsford downed Twin City 8-3.

Stoneham won twice in the North. Kolby Horgan scored two goals and set up two others and Jack Heneghan had a goal and an assist in a 5-4 decision over Lynnfield/Saugus, Chris Regnetta with three assists, Massimino Ventre two goals and Lily Brazis 1-1-2 in the loss – and Aidan Goulding pitched a shutout and Horgan scored early in a 2-0 victory over Reading;

Cam Marzilli scored two goals and set up another in Wilmington’s 5-3 win over Winthrop; James Koo scored one goal and dished out four assists, David Albrechtskirchinger delivered two goals and two assists, Rohan Gervais posted 2-1-3, Andrew Cohen 1-2-3 and Katherine Allen and Jacob Noe two goals apiece and William Pesanelli 1-1-2 in Brookline’s big win over Lexington/Bedford; and Jack Murphy and Dom Piscopo scored in the first period of Dorchester’s 4-1 victory over Wellesley.

Haverhill/Pentucket won twice and Woburn had a win and a tie in the South. Cam Connerty scored two late goals in Haverhill/Pentucket’s 4-2 victory over Agawam, No. 4 with 1-1-2 in the loss – and Jack Venturi scored twice in a 3-1 win over the same team; Nolan O’Reilly and Dan Defeo both scored twice, Ryan Scalese had 1-12 and Mike Flynn had two assists in Woburn’s 7-1 victory over Hyde Park – and Jack McComiskey scored the tying goal with 4:39 left and Matt Dantuono had two assists as Woburn pulled out a 3-3 tie with Parkway, Gannon with two goals for Parkway; and Jim Carlin, who also had an assist, scored with 4:50 left and then capped a hat trick with one second on the clock to give SMS a 4-4 tie with the NS Vipers, who got two goals apiece from Sammy Taber and Michaela Littleword.

Chelmsford won twice and the Sharks wore a pair of ties in the North. Mike Stagnone, who also had an assist, scored with 2:06 left as Chelmsford edged Triboro -2 – Mike Vichot with two goals and Joey Stagnone two assists in the win – and Joey Stagnone scored one goal and dished out four assists and AJ Bongiorno had a goal and two assists in a 5-1 win over Needham; Nashoba’s Mike Faia and Cravedi of the Sharks scored 45 seconds apart late in the second period of a 1-1 tie – and Sam Myles scored with 10:09 left to give Triboro a 2-2 tie with the Sharks;

Luke Wells, who also had two assists, snapped a 3-3 tie with 6:24 left, Teedy Suny also had a goal and two assists and Joe Repetto scored twice as North Reading trimmed Charlestown 5-3; and Matt Mezza and Cam Cook both posted 1-1-2 in Beverly’s 4-1 win over Reading.

Amesbury had a win and a tie in the South. Ian Pellitier scored twice and Bella Donahue had two assists in a 5-3 victory over the Cyclones, Ryan Clarkson with assists on all three goals in the loss – and Andrew Walsh scored with 49 seconds left to give Twin City a 3-3 tie with Amesbury, Pellitier with the go-ahead goal with two minutes remaining;

Boaz Sonderling’s second goal of the game snapped a 3-3 tie with 2:37 left and Ben Ratin posted 1-1-2 as Newton trimmed Medford 5-3 – Jared Allsopp with two goals in the loss; Robert Geltman pitched a shutout and Jackson Bridges scored both goals as Framingham downed Wellesley 2-0; and Lillian Duffy scored the winner and Piper Boudreau had two assists as the Wizards edged Needham 3-2.

In the East, Drake Wyman wore the hat and had an assist and Connor Sheridan had a goal and two assists in Marblehead’s 5-0 victory over Arlington; Braeden Curran scored two goals and handed out four assists, Jack Sullivan wore a hat and added two assists, Kane Brennan had four assists and Owen Kreuz had 1-2-3 in Newburyport’s 9-3 win over Hollis – Will Dodge with 1-2-3 and Jesse Gertz two goals in the loss; Joe Michaud scored twice, Andrew Ferreira had 1-1-2 and Nathan Kefeyan two assists as Belmont downed Peabody 6-3 – Brady Ayles with 1-1-2 in the loss; Cole Cassidy pitched a shutout and Jack Boyle scored in the second period as Arlington edged South Boston 1-0; Zack Sartori second goal of the game, to go with an assist, was the winner with 5:06 left and Frankie Leone posted 1-2-3 as Wakefield nipped South Boston 3-2; Matt Girard, Chris Sinopoli and Danny O’Brien all posted 1-1-2 and Sean Remillard pitched a shutout as the Outlaws topped Newburyport 5-0; Tim Carter scored four goals and Nate Elwell and Alex Davis both added two assists as Triton defeated Tewksbury 5-3 – Alex Sovie with two goals and Robert Beggan two assists in the loss; and Chaplain clicked for 2-1-3, P. Vlismas had two assists and DeRosa pitched a shutout in Peabody’s 5-0 victory over Belmont.

In the West,  Ryan LaRiviere capped a hat trick with 1:10 left to give Lynn a 3-3 tie with Cape Ann – Mike Murphy with two second-period goals for Cape Ann; Trevor Chicoyne scored four goals, Kyle Losco posted1-2-3 and Alex Dyers also had two assists in North Andover’s 6-2 win over Twin City; and Jack Petterson and Colin Hogan shared the shutout and Becan O’Brien ended Troy Takesian’s shutout bid with three minutes left as SMS rimmed North Andover 2-0 – Alex Poulin with 1-1-2 in the loss.

Chelmsford, Salmon Falls, Acton-Boxboro and Dedham all won twice, Lexington/Bedford had a win and a tie, the tie against and Woburn (two ties) in the Central. Mike Roberge and Zach Sabetti both scored one goal and set up two others and Dave McMillan came within 28 seconds of a shutout as Chelmsford topped Maine 5-1 – and Tom Woodlock wore the hat and dished out three assists, Roberge clicked for 2-2-4 and Sabetti and Sam Malone both had 1-1-2 in a 9-2 win over Reading; James Norris scored with 13 seconds left to give Salmon Falls a 3-2 decision over Reading, Nate Gagnon with 1-1-2 in the loss – and Gagnon wore the hat and had an assist, Norris posted 2-2-4 and Leighton Ducharme two assists in a 7-1 triumph over Andover; Ed Ruszczyk wore the hat, Evan Piekos dished out three assists and Nolan Marcoux 1-1-2 in Acton-Boxboro’s 8-3 victory over Maine – and Marcoux clicked for 2-2-4 and Ruszczyk also had two assists in a 6-2 victory over Andover, Diego Torio with both goals in the loss; Joe Mercuri scored twice and Eric Lestan had 1-1-2 as Dedham trimmed Winchester 7-4, Jeff Manuel with 1-1-2 in the loss – and Gabe Coll scored twice and Sean Reynolds posted 1-1-2 in a 4-1 victory over Cambridge; William Taft clicked for 2-2-4 and Nathaniel Voss pitched a shutout as Lexington/Bedford topped Lynnfield/Saugus; Zach MacInnes scored his third and fourth goals of the game late to give Woburn a 4-4 tie with Lexington/Bedford, McEachern with 2-1-3 for L/B – and Chris Maher scored the tying goal with 8:13 left and MacInnes scored twice as Woburn pulled out a 3-3 tie with Cambridge, Tom Fulginiti with two goals and Nick Fulginiti 1-1-2 in the loss;

In the other game, Brian Hannon scored twice and Gavin Hudson scored what turned out to be the winner with 5:49 left as Winchester edged Framingham 4-3 – Pat Chapin with two goals in the loss.

In the North, Ryan Fowkes handed out three assists, Colby Wheeler scored twice and William Rousmaniere 1-1-2 in Hyde Park’s 4-0 win over Medferld; Matt Ryan wore the hat and had two assists and Phil Lima clicked for 2-1-3 as the Edge defeated Burlington 5-3 – Sebatstian D’Amico with 1-1-2 in the loss; Eamon Foley scored with 6:25 left and then assisted on Sydney Hamilton’s winner with 3:50 remaining as Dorchester nipped Newton 3-2 – Coleman Mikalauskis with 1-1-2 in the win; and Zach Pelzer had two goals and an assist as Waltham downed Needham 4-1.

Marblehead won twice and North Central had a win and a tie in the South. Hayden Leveroni wore the hat and had an assist, Ryan O’Connor scored twice, Jacob Aizanman had a goal and an assist and Dan Brant two assists in Marblehead’s 6-2 win over Parkway, Joe Freeman with both goals in the loss – and Leveroni wore the hat and added two assists in a 7-3 victory over Winthrop; Max Murphy, who also had an assist, scored with 19 seconds left to give North Central a 4-3 decision over Concord-Carlisle, Logan Favart with 1-1-2 and Robby Brogan two assists in the win and Micah Bennett 1-1-2 in the loss – and Cam Begneche scored with 4:06 left to give Twin City a 2-2 tie with North Central;

Rylan Sparrow scored two goals and set up another, Jack Maloney also scored twice and Joe Freeman had two assists in Parkway’s 7-4 victory over Brookline – Dror Ko with 1-1-2 in the loss; No. 99 scored with 2:30 left to give Agawam a 4-4 tie with Brookline – Henrik Ehler with two goals and Ko two assists for Brookline; Joakim Saario’s second late goal of the game, with 1:11 left to give Concord-Carlisle a 4-4 tie with SMS, Jack Curley (one assists) capping a hat trick with 2:39 left to give SMS the lead, while Andrew Garabedian had 1-1-2 and Ellie Marchand two assists for SMS and Jack Daly 2-1-3 for C-C; and Eric Utter, who also had an assist, scored with 10:47 left and then came through with 1:48 left to give Stoneham a 3-3 tie with Winthrop – Chase Barlow with 1-1-2 for Stoneham and Devin Santillana 1-1-2 for Winthrop.

In the East, Jared Simms pitched a shutout and dean Blake scored in the second period as Nashoba edged the Outlaws 1-0; Keegan Boyden, Cole Lambert and Kolbe Vachon all wore hats, Boyden with an assist, and Lucas Bonanno had 1-1-2 in Methuen’s big win over Arlington; and Evan Piscatelli pitched a shutout and Griffin White scored in the second period as Triton downed Newton 3-0.

In the West, Aiden McDonald scored the winner with 3:28 left and Joe Rodwell had a goal and an assist as Tewksbury edged Billerica 3-2; Luke Caruso clicked for 2-1-3 and Joey McCoy came within 3:24 of a shutout as Peabody topped Wilmington 4-1; Mike Maselli scored twice in a three-goal first period that sent Wilmington past Tewksbury 4-2 – Jaden Mercer with 1-1-2 in the loss; Finn Conneely wore the hat and had two assists, Murphy Peckham scored twice and Lucas Goncalves also had two assists in Acton-Boxboro’s 6-2 win over Belmont; Charlie Comella and Alex Teryazos both posted 2-1-3, Andrew Snow had 1-2-3 and Ed Griswold clicked for 1-1-2 in Wellesley’s 6-3 victory over Waltham – Davis with 2-1-3 in the loss; Healy snapped a 1-1 tie 56 seconds into the third period and Doyle had 1-1-2 as Dedham trimmed Waltham 3-1; and Zavatski capped a hat trick with 8:15 left to give Billerica a 3-2 decision over Peabody.

Reading won twice behind a pair of Brendan Murphy shutouts, Burlington had a win and a tie and Andover and Lynnfield/Saugus both won a game and tied each other in the Central. Andrew Pucci and Gavin O’Keefe scored in the second period of Reading’s 2-0 win over Cape Ann – and O’Keefe’s 2-1-3 backed the shutout in a 3-0 victory over Agawam; Quinn scored twice, Robson posted 1-1-2 and Noonan pitched a shutout in Burlington’s 5-0 victory over Hyde Park – and Robbins scored the tying goal with 3:11 left in the second period of a 2-2 tie with Needham. No. 43 Hegarty scored twice as Haverhill topped Andover 3-1; Joe Soares scored twice and Jack Marenghi had 1-1-2 as Lynnfield/Saugus edged North Andover –- and Dylan Leonard’s second goal of the game, to go with an assist, came with 6:50 eft and gave Andover a 6-6 tie with Lynnfield/Saugus, Ryan Trainor with two goals and Christian Galatis two assists for Andover and Ryan DeBenedictis 2-2-4, Jonathan Soares two goals, including a go-ahead tally with 7:50 remaining, and Joe Soares posted 1-1-2 for L/S;

Bobby Zabin scored twice in Parkway’s 3-1 win over the Outlaws; and Ryan Geany scored three late goals in a 2:19 span, the tying goalcoming with 1:34 left to give Lexington/Bedford a 7-7 tie with Concord-Carlisle – Pierce Cattier with a goal and three assists and Connor Knox and Nolan Kingsbury 1-2-3 apiece for L/B and John Kielar a goal and three assists, Teddy McKeown two goals, Luc Bannerman and No. 14 1-1-2 apiece and Jayna DiMascio two assists for C-C.

Dorchester won twice in the Northeast. Nicky Higgins had two goals and an assist and Liam Powers scored twice in the first period of a 6-2 victory over Danvers, Ben Prentiss with both goals in the loss – and Higgins scored twice in a 2-0 win over Melrose;

Ryan Philbin, who also had an assist, scored with 58 seconds left to give Newburyport a 3-2 decision over Framingham – No. 52 with two assists in the win, No. 5 wore the hat and had an assist and Tristyn Liu had two assists as Cambridge topped North Andover 4-1; JoJo Smith pitched a shutout and Madison Tobin scored in the second period as Melrose edged SMS 1-0; North Andover’s Anthony Terra and Brookline’s Julia Jankowski scored second-period goal 11 seconds apart in a 1-1 tie; and Rowan McGowan’s fifth goal of the game, with 27.3 seconds left, gave Nashoba a 8-8 tie with Medford – Anna Keave with two goals for Nashoba and Watson a hat trick and an assist, Brown 2-1-3 and Vivolo two goals for Medford.
