In the North, Nate Brennan pitched a shutout and James Santagati scored late in the second period as Arlington edged the Sharks 1-0; Zach Painchaud snapped a 4-4 tie with 53 seconds left as Concord got by the Sharks 5-3 – Brett Patnode with two goals and an assist and Shane Riley 1-1-2 in the win and Dave Brissette 1-1-2 in the loss; Aidan Ferrara pitched a shutout and Connor Keegan scored in the first period of Groton’s 3-0 victory over Wellesley; and Mike Arsenault scored with 25 seconds left to give Tewksbury a 2-2 tie with Reading, which got assists on both goals from Charlie Miele.
Belmont had a win and a tie and NH East also posted two wins in the South. Justin Rocha delivered two goals and an assist, Kevin Miller added two assists and Mike Corso came within 3:04 of a shutout, Harry Clark scoring that goal as Belmont topped Newton 4-1 – and Will Shull and Ben Gansenberg scored third-period goals, Gansenberg coming through with 2:23 left to give Marblehead a 3-3 tie with Belmont, which got all three goals from Marco Santagati; Dave Blodgett, Dan Strum and Ethan Chenard (one assist) scored in a third-period rally that gave NH East a 5-4 decision over the Maine Academy, Ryan Caggiano and Will MacLean with two assists apiece in the win and Dom Lorello two goals in the loss – and Howard Fraser pitched a shutout and Dan Giaccalone scored in the first period of a 1-0 victory over North Andover;
Andy Moore’s second goal of the game, with 3:45 left, gave Maine a 6-5 decision over Newton – Caleb Bogdanovich with a goal and two assists and Cole Perrault 1-1-2 in the win and Eric Donlan a hat trick, Wes Silver 1-2-3, Mike Lee 1-1-2 and Nick Wang two assists in the loss; and Johnny Campbell scored the tying goal in the second period and Michael Che assisted on both goals as SMS tied Framingham 2-2.
Medford won twice (and lost once) in the North. No. 8 scored two goals and set up another and Devontae Cardalino had two assists in a 5-2 win over Melrose, which got a goal and an assist from Cam Marks – and Cardalino’s second goal of the game, with nine seconds left, gave Medford a 2-1 decision over Agawam;
Will Flynn scored five straight goals and Kevin Rooney had three assists as Danvers topped Medford 6-2; Marks posted 2-2-4, Sam Shippee had 1-2-3 and Austin Figueria 1-1-2 as Melrose downed NH East 5-1; McCleary clicked for 1-2-3 and Frain scored twice in Agawam’s 4-1 triumph over Danvers; Kolton Robinson scored twice, Conor Belcher had 1-1-2 and Jack Suhesky two assists in NH East’s 5-2 win over Newton, which got 1-1-2 from Carson Priante; and Matt Soucy scored his second goal of the game with 10:51 left to give Stoneham a 3-3 tie with Natick, which got 1-1-2 from Will Haskell.

Leif Riley and Colin Golihur both had a goal and an assist, Chris Cahill set up two goals and Carlos Jones pitched a shutout in NH East’s 6-0 victory over Agawam; Joe Pelgro scored twice and Pete Nowlan scored what turned out to be the winner 11 seconds into the third period as Needham edged Dedham 4-3 – Blume with two assists in the loss; Ryan Hu scored two goals in 24 seconds in the second period and Ethan Winer had 1-1-2 as SMS downed Dedham 3-1; and Meyer scored the winner with 8:07 remaining and Burke assisted on both goals as Groton nipped SMS 2-1.
Twin City won three times and North Central twice in the North. Zach Melanson had a goal and an assist in Twin City’s 4-1 victory over Concord-Carlisle; Melanson and Maliq Preko Bourque both scored twice in a 6-3 win over the same team – and TC also defeated Woburn 4-2; Ethan Casavant and Josh Garrity both posted 2-1-3, Charlie Chinian had 1-2-3 and William Billiel and Spencer McCrillis shared the shutout in North Central’s 7-0 victory over Groton – and Chinian and Lincoln Blodgett both scored twice in a 5-1 win over Wakefield;
Kristin Burke scored the winner with 5:45 left and Keegan O’Shea scored twice as Agawam edged Lexington/Bedford 3-2 – Luke Butler with 1-1-2 in the loss; Olivieri scored with 7:10 left to give Lynn a 2-1 decision over Peabody; Roycroft wore a natural hat, Remley scored twice and Doherty had two assists in North Andover’s 6-1 win over Marblehead; and Carter Hall scored with 6:27 left and then came through against with 17 seconds remaining to give the Outlaws a 4-4 tie with Triboro, which got two goals from Aidan Riley and two assists from Matt Skillings.
The Demons and Medfield both won twice in the South.
