Wakefield beat Chelmsford twice, Newton also won twice and Stoneham had a win and a tie Eric Almquist wore the hat and had an assist and Tommy Lucey and Shamus Foley both had a goal and an assist in Wakefield’s 7-2 victory – and Colin Jaena scored twice and Jake Moniz pitched a 4-0 shutout; Nick Richmond scored two goals and assisted on another and Hunter Adam, Dave McCabe and Nick O’Connell all had a goal and an assist in Newton’s 5-2 victory over Arlington – and O’Connell and Adam both had two goals and an assist and McCabe and Evan Shriber both posted 1-1-2 in a 6-3 win over Winthrop, which got two goals from Brian Chalmers; Nick Deltrecco had 2-1-3 and Matt Johnson pitched a shutout in Stoneham’s 6-0 win over Casco Bay AAA2 -- and Joe Briffett scored with 2:32 left in the second period to give Stoneham a 2-2 tie with Lynnfield/Saugus;

Jonathan Yelsits ended Brad Woodhouse’s shutout with 3:59 left and gave North Andover a 1-1 tie with Framingham AA, which got an early goal from Nolan Kimball; Chris Egan wore the hat and had an assist, Ryan Toland and Connor Blanchartd both clicked for 1-1-2 and Jack Whorf had two assists in Waltham’s 7-4 win over Wellesley, which got two goals from Owen O’Connor; Nate Sidel’s second goal of the game, with 49 seconds left, gave Lexington/Bedford a 2-2 tie with Needham, which got 1-1-2 from Sgroi; Kayleigh Butler wore the hat, Jacob Rodrigue scored twice and Matt Guman pitched a shutout in Nashua’s 5-0 win over SMS; Kevin Dacey was in goal for Belmont in a 0-0 tie with Wellesley (coaches, the goalie???); Antonio Andreozzi had 2-1-3, Mike Drew and James Kiley each posted 1-2-3 and Henry Muller and Joe Lepore each had 1-1-2; Jack Merecki scored twice in NH East’s 3-1 victory over the Wizards; Dylan Rogers had 2-1-3 and Owen Bradbury, Justin Knights and Jacob Grossi-Hogg all hit for 1-1-2 in Newburyport’s 8-6 triumph over Nashua, which got a hat trick from Steve Licata, 1-2-3 from Rodrigue and two goals from Butler; Jacob Miller had 1-2-3, Cam Luzzo posted 1-1-2 and Carrianne Fortier two assists as the Sharks got by Concord-Carlisle, 5-3 – Jay Jackinowski with 1-1-2 in the loss; Kyle King scored with 11 seconds left to give Acton-Boxboro a 3-2 win over Natick -- Joe Lehner (2-1-3) with two goals in 18 seconds early in the third period and an assist on the winner; Littlewood had 2-1-3 and King 1-2-3 in Andover’s 6-1 victory over Burlington; to lift Acton-Boxboro to a 3-2 win over Natick; Aidan Schifano had1-1-2 as Casco Bay beat Cape Ann, 4-1; Jacob Garfield clicked for 2-2-4 and Mike Sullivan pitched a shutout in Marblehead’s 4-0 win over the NS Vipers; Jonathon Last had 2-1-3 and Aleksei Lavrentyev pitched a shutout as the Saints stopped Needham, 5-0; and Nick Kazmouz and Oliver Quinn shared the shutout and Cody Nolin scored both goals in Concord’s 2-0 victory over Framingham AAA.

AA
Melrose won twice in the North. Seamus MacAvoy scored the winner with 2:02 remaining, Cody Porcello had two goals and an assist and Mike Joyce a goal and a helper in a 4-3 decision over Triton, which got two goals from Kyle McKendry – and Jake McNeely and Cam Marks both had two goals and two assists in a 6-2 win over Woburn;

Jack Cordio and Zach Partidge lost a combined shutout when Conor Crowley scored with 2:20 left and Corey Tumenas scored what turned out to be the winner with 7:15 on the clock as Twin City edged Medford, 2-1; No. 17 had two goals and two assists and Colin Reddy 1-2-3 in Lynn’s 5-1 win over the Renegades; Gennaro Marra scored twice, Charlie LeCain had 1-1-2, Aydin Kaya posted two assists and Charlie Baxter and Austin Conley shared a shutout in Seacoast’s 5-0 victory over Methuen; Ian Henry (1-1-2) scored with 1:01 left to give Medford a 2-1 decision over Newton; Robert Concannon scored with one second left to give Woburn a 3-2 victory over Concord – William Carpenter with 1-1-2 in the win; Kambal Vaidya scored twice and Maxx Hinkell had 1-1-2 in Concord’s 5-2 win over Arlington; Matt Fiorenza scored twice and Matt McLaughlin had two assist in Reading’s 3-1 victory over Agawam; Jerome Bazile and Tom King both wore hats, Bazile adding an assist, and Conlin Duffy assisted on two goals as Wilmington stopped Winchester, 7-1; and Kevin Bruskiewitz scored two goals in 16 seconds, the second with 2:42 left to give Nashoba a 4-2 win over the Renegades – Sean McCarthy with 1-1-2 and Donald Walk two assists in the win.

The Wizards won twice in the South. Durso pitched a shutout and Foster scored early in the second period of a 1-0 victory over Wellesley – and Bolivar snapped a 1-1 tie with 1:47 left in the second period of a 4-1 win over Natick;

Tom Baker scored with 10:03 left to give Masco, once down 2-0, a 2-2 tie with Andover, which got both goals from Boyle; Mike Lindquist’s second goal of the game snapped a 2-2 tie with 8:13 left and Spencer Bedard scored the other two goals as Newburyport got by S&S, 4-2; No. 87 had 1-1-2 and Matt Remley scored what turned out to be the winner with 9:33 left as North Andover edged Billerica, 3-2; Max Clark scored twice in the second period to lead NH east past Acton-Boxboro, 4-3 – Nick McCarthy with 2-1-3 in the loss; Tyler Pugsley pitched a shutout and Cam Souza had 1-1-2 in Wakefield’s 2-0 win over Hollis; Paul Morrissey pitched a shutout and Nico Spadafora scored early in the second period as Malden/East Boston defeated Greater Lowell, 3-0; Keith Lumb scored the winner with 4:19 left and Josh Zelikman scored twice as North Reading edged Everett/Revere, 3-2 – Nick Napolitano with 1-1-2 in the loss; and Isaac Rogers scored twice and Nic Miller scored what turned out to be the winner in the second period as Hollis nipped Waltham, 4-3.

In the East, Abbie Ortyl was in goal for the Wizards and Angelo DeFilippo for Masco in a 0-0 tie; Josh Alasso and Mike Cahill both posted 2-1-3 and Ethan Bastien had 1-2-3 as the Blazers beat Lynnfield/Saugus, 6-3; Babak Amini scored twice, Luca Ferrari had 1-1-2 and Zachery LaBollita pitched a shutout in Framingham’s 4-0 win over Cape Ann; Andrew Calvert (1-1-2) and Sam Grava’s (second goal) came 35 seconds apart and capped a three-goal first period that sent Melrose to a 3-2 win over SMS, which got 1-1-2 from Charlie Flinkstrom; Andrew Zampitella and Tommy Craig both had 2-1-3, Christian Erbetta posted 1-2-3, Kyle Lombardo and Nick Walsh each had 1-1-2 and Devin Gallagher pitched a shutout in Tewksbury’s 8-0 win over the Avalanche; Andre Danahy scored with 2:17 left in the second period to give Chelmsford a 1-1 tie with Lynn, which got a first-period goal from Zack Scarpola; Nick Conte (second goal) and Steve Cambria scored 39 seconds apart early in the third period to give Stoneham a 4-3 decision over Marblehead – Nolan MacNeill with 1-1-2 in the win and Jackson Hart two goals and Ryan Tarmey two assists in the loss; Curran davis and Brian Corcoran (1-1-2) scored 13 seconds apart midway through the third period as Methuen got by the Saints, 3-2; and Alex Tam and Eric Brock both posted 2-1-3, Robert McPherson and Declan Reynolds each had 1-2-3 and Jack Lawn 1-1-2 in Waltham’s big win over Burlington.

A
Groton won twice in the North. Jake Reardon scored twice and Trent Madigan had a goal and an assist in a 5-1 win over Beverly – and Madigan scored five goals and added an assist and Even Leonard (second goal) snapped a 5-5 tie with 7:05 left in a 7-5 victory over Woburn, which got a hat trick from Sam Gerry and 1-1-2 apiece from Mikita Kovinskly and Ryan Dresner;

Andrew Kittler’s second-period goal turned out to be the winner as Natick edged Belmont, 2-1; Ryan Riel wore the hat and had an assist, Charlie Myers scored two early goals and Joe Murphy had 1-1-2 as PAT topped Concord-Carlisle, 7-2 – Jonathan Perkins with both goals in the loss; William Georgenes scored the winner with 4:21 left in the second period and Hunter Shields had 1-1-2 in the period as Wellesley nipped Framingham, 2-1; Greg Nemrow and Dexter Peters both had 1-2-3, Liam Gill scored twice and Nick DiGiorgio pitched a shutout in Waltham’s 6-0 victory over Danvers; Ben Alcaide had 2-2-4 and Igor Barinov and Sky Li both posted 1-1-2 as Acton-Boxboro topped Haverhill/Pentucket, 6-1; and Ben Walker hit for 2-1-3, Colin Slafkosky had 1-2-3, Kimberly Cornetta chipped in three assists, Max Strong scored twice and Cam Cielakie pitched a shutout in Nashoba’s 5-0 win over Danvers.

In the South, Natalie Brown (1-1-2) scored what turned out to be the winner with one second left in the second period as SMS nipped Everett/Revere, 3-1; Cardamone wore the hat and had an assist, Folse posted 1-1-2 and Smith and Leary both had two assists in Newton’s 6-1 win over Arlington; Josh Fitzpatrick went for 2-1-3, Dave Williams also scored twice and Bobby Clark had 1-1-2 in Tewksbury’s 7-1 victory over Melrose; Charlie Davis scored twice and Matt Carter pitched a shutout in Agawam’s 5-0 win over Nashua; Archambault scored one goal and assisted on three others and Ashworth and Beder both had 2-1-3 in Andover’s 6-2 win over Winthrop, which got two goals from Jason Rich and two assists from Jack Silva; Mike Levinger hit for 1-2-3 as Concord-Carlisle stopped Burlington, 4-1; Alex Stearns scored with 32 seconds left to give Wilmington a 3-2 win over Winchester – Drew Miller with 1-1-2 in the victory; Sophia Whittaker clicked for 2-1-3, Julianna Bray also scored twice and Emma Drisko had two assists as the Wizards defeated Lynnfield/Saugus, 6-1; Scott Elwell had 2-2-4 and Chris Coombs and John Knowles both added 1-1-2 in Wakefield’s 5-3 win over Medford, which got two goals from Derek Lendall and two assists from Simon Bromander; Nico Levinger scored with 12 seconds left in the second period as Newburyport edged Stoneham, 1-0 (coaches, a goalie for the shutout???); Mairead Clark (1-1-2) snapped a 4-4 tie with 3:03 left and Melrose scored four goals in a 7:03 third-period span to defeat Triton, 6-4; and Nathan Stelluto had 2-1-3, Brandon Fogarty 1-2-3, Steve Jackson two goals and Matt Lydon 1-1-2 in Reading’s 9-3 win over Medford, which got 1-2-3 from Lendall.

In the East, Alec Derby-Gierman snapped a 1-1 tie with 7:51 left in a three-goal second period that lifted Arlington past Triton, 3-1; Nick Paolillo and Tucker Desfosses both had 2-1-3, Dan Condon scored twice, Jonathan McSweeney had 1-1-2 and Adam Gagnon pitched a shutout as the Cyclones scored a big win over Lexington/Bedford; Brian Cebula and CJ Zaharoolis both had 2-1-3 in Greater Lowell’s 6-4 victory over North Andover, which got two goals from Sean Reid and 1-1-2 from Jake McDermott; Nick Karlsson scored with 1:23 left in the second to send Framingham past Lexington/Bedford, 2-1; Noah Razzetti wore the hat and Eric Helenius had 1-2-3 in Twin City’s 5-3 victory over Peabody; Brennan McCarthy wore the hat and had two assists, Zach Schrim had 2-1-3 and Colin Lutz 1-1-2 as the Sharks defeated Cape Ann, 7-0; Ben Denaro wore the hat and Sam Bolinsky scored twice as SMS topped Nashua, 5-0; and Teddy Coes set up three goals, Brian Ferzoco scored two and Jared Noxon scored what turned out to be the winner with 5:44 left as Wellesley nipped Waltham, 5-3, despite a Steve Pepi hat trick.

Chelmsford and Methuen both won a game and tied each other in the West. Mike McNamara scored twice and Jack DeVita had a goal and an assist in Chelmsford’s 4-0 victory over Groton; Anthony Crompton scored two goals in 43 seconds in the second period and Matt Maheras assisted on both as Methuen edged Waltham, 2-1 – and Mike DeVita got the puck past James Trussell with 1:08 left to end the shutout and give Chelmsford a 1-1 tie with Methuen, which got a goal from Maheras in the second period;

Tom Doe scored two goals and assisted on another, Jared Taranto also scored twice, Michela Ferris and Jenna Rea Macy both had1-1-2 and Mike Drouin and Austin Correa’s combined shutout was snapped when Ethan Donnelly scored with 1:51 left as the Saints topped Newton, 7-1; RJ Schrechner’s second goal of the game, with 8:01 left, gave Lexington/Bedford a 3-3 tie with Woburn, which got 1-1-2 from Robert McCabe; John Paugh made it close with 4:49 left and Drew Breton then scored with one-tenth of a second remaining to give Natick a 2-2 tie with Winchester, which got assists on both goals from Rick Sarkar; Caleb Church had 2-1-3 and Pete Jussaume posted 1-1-2 as Acton-Boxboro overcame a hat trick and an assist by Ajeya Balasubramanyan and nipped Nashoba, 6-4; Austin Zaia scored five goals, wearing a natural hat in the second period, No. 7 had two goals and three assists and Cam Vose 2-2-4 as Haverhill/Pentucket scored a big win over Newton; Kate Turner scored two goals in 43 seconds, Nashoba had three in 1:15 and four in 4:48 early in a 4-2 win over Waltham; Tori Mulry scored with 34 seconds left to give Tri Valley a 3-2 decision over Winchester; and Casey Eshelman scored with 10:18 remaining to give Belmont a 1-0 victory over Natick (coaches, a goalie for the shutout???.
