4S Hockey is offering 6 local squirt and mite goalies the chance to skate for free during its upcoming summer sessions. Goalies who sign on will be able to face shots in both skills station drills and cross-ice hockey games.
4S is not a goalie camp and does not offer specific goalie instruction, so why is 4S Hockey letting goalies skate for free?
The answer is that because every 4S Hockey session ends with three (3) simultaneous cross-ice hockey games, and 4S kids will have more fun shooting on goalies rather than open nets.
There are only five (5) spots left for these sessions which will be held on Tuesday nights at 6:00 p.m. at the Haverhill Valley Forum. The program begins on June 26.
