NORTH Rachel Hindin scored twice and Natalie MacDonald had two
assists in No. 2 Andover Blue’s 4-2 victory over No. 1 Nashoba, for the North
title.
In the South, Tori Carson scored twice and Alaina Ewing had
two assists as No. 3 Winchester defeated No. 2 Wilmington, 2-1; Melanie Murphy
had two goals and an assist and OliviaMcDonald 1-1-2 as No. 4 Andover Gold
topped No. 5 Amesbury, 4-0; and Miriam Wood pitched a shutout and Amanda
Navarro scored late in the second period as 1 Wakefield nipped Andover Gold,
2-0. In the league title game, Wood pitched another shutout and LaurenSullivan
had 1-1-2 in Wakefield’s 5-0 win over Winchester.
