WHITE DIVISIONS NH East won twice and Waltham had a win and a tie. Nolan
Smith pitched a shutout and Peter DiFrancesco had two assists in NH East’s 3-0
win over Woburn – and Nate Grunbeck and Shea Capolupo scored 1:15 apart in the
third period of a 2-1 decision over Winchester; David Santiago scored what
proved to be the winner in the second period and BobbyJones assisted on both
goals as Waltham edged Reading, 2-1 – and Joe DiBacco scored with 6:34 left
gave Reading a 1-1 tie with Waltham, which got a goal from Kris Masrof late in
the second period;
Liam Goulet’s second goal of the game, with 4:08 left, gave
Acton-Boxboro a 2-2 tie with Winchester; Andrew Nicholas posted 2-1-3, Joe
Santullo also scored twice and AndrewPalmer had 1-1-2 in Woburn’s 9-3 win over
Masco; Chris Tully pitched a shutout and TomDevaney scored early in Andover’s
2-0 victory over Chelmsford; and Brendan Flynn wore the hat and Dan Lehman had
2-1-3 in Lexington/Bedford’s 4-3 decision over Burlington, which got two goals
from Morrison.
BLUE DIVISIONS Wilmington won three times. Brian Moran scored with 10
seconds left in the second period and with five seconds left in the third and
Gino Martignetti assisted on both in a 3-2 decision over Salem, which got 1-1-2
from Chad DeSautels; Eric Steeves collected 2-1-3, Ed Silva also scored twice,
Deven Langenfeld had 1-1-2 and Nick Deming pitched a shutout in a 6-0 win over
Andover – and Brian Cavanaugh and Martignetti scored 45 seconds apart in a
three-goal second period that lifted Wilmington to a 3-1 win over Melrose;
Julia Mini pitched a shutout, Stephen Ganley scored twice
and Anna O’Neill had 1-1-2 as Danvers beat Groton, 3-0; Sam Ford scored twice,
Tyler Gardiner had 1-1-2, EmilyLoprete posted two assists and Trevor Daniliuk
pitched a shutout in Watertown’s 5-0 win over Tewksbury; Andrew Gosson and
Tommy Gillespie shared the shutout, DannyDonovan scored twice and Jake
Sylvester added two assists in Salem’s 4-0 victory over Peabody; Kezarian had
the winner with 4:13 left and Phipps scored twice as Melrose edged Andover,
3-2; and Pat Driscoll scored with 1:24 left and again with :53 on the clock to
give North Reading a 3-2 win over Beverly – Mike Driscoll with 1-1-2 in the
win.
RED DIVISIONS Chelmsford had two wins and a tie, Agawam a win and a tie.
Blake Alber pitched a shutout and Brndan Clarke scored with 8:33 left in a 2-0
win over Triton; Cam Turner scored the winner with 7:24 remaining, Jimmy
Connelly had 1-1-2 and Pat MacDonald two assists in a 5-4 decision over Woburn,
which got 2-1-3 from Marty Joyce – and Geoff Warren scored two goals in six
seconds in the final seconds of the second period and KevinBythewood assisted
on both as Waltham tied Chelmsford, 2-2; Gardner Wilson delivered 1-1-2 in
Agawam’s 4-2 win over Medford, which got both goals from Max Porrazzo – and Schultz
scored the tying goal with 5:06 left, Jacob Stahlman wore the hat, Donnie Ganim
had 1-2-3 and Shepard two assists as Agawam pulled out a 5-5 tie with Medford,
which got three assists from Bernard McGovern, two goals from Porrazzo and
1-1-2 from Alex Smith;
Cole Saunders wore the hat and had an assist and Braeden
Langlois posted 2-1-3 in Wakefield’s 7-2 win over Reading; Ben Rossman and Owen Renault both scored twice
and Tristan Bradley and Zach Turner shared the shutout as S&S beat the
Wizards, 4-0; Aponas, Siemasko and No. 7 all had 1-1-2 in Triton’s 5-2 win over
Waltham; Joe Tansino scored with 3:06 left to give Melrose a 3-3 tie with
Methuen, which got 1-1-2 from Donovan; Brian Goolishian scored twice in a
four-goal second period that lifted Greater Lowell to a 4-3 win over
Lexington/Bedford, which got 1-1-2 from Liam Doran; Joe Veglia’s second goal of
the game, with 8:26 left turned out to be the winner in Lynnfield’s 3-2
decision over Arlington; and No. 19 and Peter Hodge scored 21 seconds apart
early and Kris Augustine lost a shutout bid when Brian Craven scored with 4:19
left in Andover’s 3-1 win over Reading.
SILVER DIVISIONS John Geldart and Andres Benites shared the shutout band
Dyan Cobb had 1-1-2 in Lexington/Bedford’s 2-0 win over Burlington; Eric
McNamara, Jacob Pelrkins and ShelbyMcHugh all posted 1-1-2 and Pat Farrell and
Steve Giroux shared the shutout in Wilmington’s 6-0 victory over Masco; Drummey
scored with 5:25 left to give Reading a 2-1 verdict over Wakefield; Taddeo
pitched a shutout, Hennessey scored twice and Cucuzza and B. O’Callaghan both
had two assists as Malden/East Boston defeated Groton, 3-0; TylerGraig scored
with 5:45 left to give Lynn a 1-1 tie with Haverhill/Pentucket, which got a
first-period goal from Kyle Wood; McHale pitched a shutout, Cahill had 1-2-3,
Fleming scored twice and Daly had 1-1-2 as Danvers topped Everett/Revere, 4-0;
and Alex Kane wore the hat, Justin Sullivan had two assists and Ben Yandell
pitched in Wakefield’s 5-0 victory over Wilmington.
GOLD DIVISIONS Andover IV, Woburn IV and Wilmington all had a win and a
tie, with Woburn and Wilmington tying each other. Kris Augustine pitched a pair
of shutouts for Andover – Spinale with 1-1-2 and Biddle two assists in a 3-0
victory over Winchester and Cam Offner matching zeroes in a 0-0 tie with
Winchester; Hannah Sullivan (1-1-2) snapped a 1-1 tie with 6:40 left and Woburn
nipped Triton, 3-1; Alex Popa wore the hat in Wilmington’s 4-1 win over
Tewksbury – and Jonathan Perella scored with 5:17 left gave Wilmington a 1-1
tie with Woburn, which got a second-period goal from Shawn Murphy;
Matt Mercurio (2-1-3) scored the winner with 5:07 left and
Mike Power and MarkDevincent both had two assists in Wakefield’s 4-3 decision
over Woburn III, which got two assists from No. 13; Andrew Bunar and Billy
Twomey both had 1-1-2 and MikeSalvaggio had two assists in Lynnfield’s 5-2 win
over Newton; Matt Robson scored twice in the first period as Peabody edged
Salem, 2-1; Ben Hogan scored twice in Tewksbury’s 4-2 win over Melrose; Leo
Saitz scored twice and Newton topped Waltham, 3-1; TomWhitaker scored with
6:27 left to give Stoneham a 2-1 decision over Agawam; Cam Beevers scored with
1:50 left to give Triton a 1-1 tie with Methuen, which got a second-period goal
from Ryan Mullarky; Dustin Kingsley scored with 1:52 left to give Salem a 2-1
decision over Woburn III; Brad Lumb pitched a shutout and Brian Cotter and MattGravalese both had 1-1-2 in North Reading’s 2-0 victory over Newburyport; and
LukeNawrocki (2-1-3) scored the winner with 1:27 left and Caitlin Trottier had
1-1-2 as Andover V edged Chelmsford, 4-3.
GRAY DIVISIONS Nick Nadeau scored five goals and added an assist, wearing a
natural hat in the third period, Kevin O’Shea posted four assists and Evan
Doherty had 2-1-3 in Reading’s 8-3 win over Medford, which got two assists from
Tim MacDonald; Alex Peraire-Bueno scored with 3:38 left to give
Lexington/Bedford a 2-1 decision over Burlington; Sam Tellier and No. 20 both
collected 2-2-4 and Russ Whitney had 1-2-3 in Groton’s 7-1 win over
Concord-Carlisle; McKayla Briggs scored with 7:05 left to give PAT a 3-2
verdict over North Andover, which got two assists from Preston Hall; and Connor
Lilley scored twice and North Reading defeated Cape Ann, 4-1.
