shutout bid when Couto scored with 4:35 left in a 3-1 victory over Danvers;
DJ Steed scored the winner with 3:12 left and Connor Irving
had a goal and an assist as NH East edged Winchester, 4-3; Dylan Yameen and
Ryan Bradley both scored twice and Jacob Ring had 1-1-2 in Salem’s 5-1 victory
over Stoneham; Joey Peduto had 2-1-3 and Andrew Hoang and Ryan Barnett both
also scored twice as Acton-Boxboro beat Concord, 7-2; Doug Richardson had
2-1-3, Mike Moran posted 1-2-3 and Alexandros Reissis and Luke Tremblay shared
the shutout in Arlington’s 5-0 victory over Salem; Jake Straw scored four
goals, Ben Albert assisted on three and Graham Doherty had 1-1-2 in Beverly’s
6-1 victory over Andover; Mike Mansir scored with 13 seconds left in the second
period and the Renegades edged Woburn, 2-1; Alex Decoste scored with 7:34 left
to give Chelmsford a 1-1 tie with Portland, which went ahead when Stephen Comar
scored just eight seconds into the game; Dylan Meadows capped a four-goal game
with a pair in the third period, Anthony Lespasio posted three assists and Joe
Arciprete and Matt Kiernan both had 1-1-2 as Lexington/Bedford topped Newton,
7-5 – Tucker Marr wearing the hat and Alex Joyce collecting 1-2-3 in the loss;
and CJ Grinnell (1-1-2) scored with one second remaining to give Burlington a
2-1 decision over Nashua.
BLUE DIVISIONS
Acton-Boxboro had two wins and a tie, Marblehead two wins and
Stoneham a win and a tie. Brett Losier scored the winner with 2:19 left and
Charles Lovering had 1-1-2 in Acton-Boxboro’s 2-1 victory over Reading; Will
Murphy posted 2-1-3 and Losier 1-1-2 in a 6-2 triumph over Triton, which got
both goals from Curley – and Jack Finneran scored with 2:08 left in the second
period and A-B overcame a 2-0 deficit and tied Tewksbury, 2-2; Trevor Gelineau
had what proved to be the winner with 48 seconds left and Corey Finch posted
1-2-3 as Marblehead nipped Wakefield, 6-5 – Kyle Gorton and Mike Fennelly with
2-1-3 apiece in the loss – and Phil Gulliver had 2-1-3, Aaron DeAngelo and
ColbyShepherd both also scored twice and Nick Perry had two assists in a 7-2
victory over Greater Lowell; Nick Toussaint’s goal with 2:59 left in the second
period turned out to be the winner as Stoneham edged Triton, 2-1 – and Payne
Bourgeois scored two goals in the second period and Tanner Garipey had two
assists as Greater Lowell earned a 3-3 tie with Stoneham, which got 1-1-2 from
Toussaint;
Matt Azarella pitched a shutout and No. 39 scored early in
the second period as Concord-Carlisle edged Reading, 1-0; Dan Morin scored
twice, Jeremy Binding had two assists and Matt Arena and Devlin McIntire shared
the shutout ass Haverhill/Pentucket topped Masco, 4-0; Nick LeBoeuf pitched a
shutout and Jack Shea scored late in the first period of Salem’s 2-0 victory
over Nashoba; Balian wore the hat and had an assist, Eruzione and Page both
delivered 2-1-3, Skoczylas had 1-1-2 and Goddard two assists in Winthrop’s big
win over Burlington; Hadley’s goal with 1:14 left in the second period gave
Saugus a 2-1 decision over Reading; Morretti scored twice and Donovan and Price
both had two assists and DePew pitched a shutout in Lynn’s 4-0 win over
Waltham; Nicodemus’s second goal of the game, with 39 seconds left, gave
Newburyport a 3-3 tie with Burlington; BrendanO’Brien had 1-2-3 and Ryan
Feeney three assists as Melrose skated to a 4-4 tie with Cape Ann, which got
two goals from No. 54; Seward’s second goal of the game, with 3:02 left, gave
Triton a 3-3 tie with Nashoba, which got two goals from Brian Prato; and
Brendan Benoit and Luke Foley both had 2-1-3 and Cody McGowan added 1-1-2 in
Wilmington’s 6-3 win over North Reading, which got 2-1-3 from Maidment.
RED DIVISIONS
Methuen won twice. Nick DeChirico (1-1-2) had what proved to
be the winner with 4:17 left in a 3-2 decision over Danvers, which got both
goals from Zack Armand and assists on both from Jon Milne – and Tom Couture
scored what proved to be the winner late in the second period of a 3-1 win over
Lexington/Bedford;
Andrew Crampe (1-1-2) scored what turned out to be the winner
with 8:36 left and Anthony Costa posted 2-1-3 as Lynnfield nipped Woburn, 3-2;
Derek Bourque delivered 1-2-3, Matt Albanna and Cody Porter both scored twice
and James Sacco had two assists in Waltham’s 5-3 win over Greater Lowell; Nick
Thomas scored with 5:34 remaining to give Woburn a 2-2 tie with S&S, which
got 1-1-2 from Jake Finley; Zachary Sullivan posted 2-2-4, Matt Bean also
scored twice and Simon Majahad and Luke Bugler both had two assists in
Newburyport’s 6-1 win over Peabody; Matt Diorio scored twice, JoeMarino had

with 5:56 left in the second period of Masco’s 2-1 decision over North Reading
– and Forbes had two assists in a 3-1 win over Chelmsford; Matt White pitched a
shutout and Joe Delory scored in Wakefield’s 2-0 win over Newburyport – and
Joe Porter wore the hat and James McAuliffe had 1-2-3 in a 4-2 victory over
Stoneham;
James Liberge, Derek Bankas and Chris Durkin scored in a
4:12 span of the second period as Everett/Revere topped Burlington, 4-2;
Kondroski wore the hat and had two assists, Robes posted 2-1-3 and Cowdrey
1-1-2 in Groton’s 8-1 handling of Andover; MikeBaglieri delivered 2-1-3,
Dawson Merrill also scored twice and Alex Cote and BryanBujnowski both had two
assists in Salem’s 6-2 win over Lexington/Bedford; Pat Todisco posted 1-2-3 and

both added two assists in Chelmsford’s 7-1 win over Andover; Blades Shields
(his second) and Ben Clifford scored nine seconds apart in the third period to
push Maples to a 3-1 win over Chelmsford; and Dan McNamara had 1-2-3, Mike

Cape Ann had a win and a tie. K. Mulkerin had 1-1-2 in a 3-1
victory over Nashua – and K.Mulkerin (1-1-2) scored the tying goal with 3:42
left and R. Mulkerin also had 1-1-2 as Cape Ann pulled out a 2-2 tie with
Arlington;
Todd Stewart pitched a shutout and Steve Underwood had 1-1-2
as Haverhill/Pentucket nipped Danvers, 2-0; Gabriel David scored with 10:48
left to give Wilmington a 2-1 decision over Hollis; and Joe Silva wore the hat
and had two assists, Vinny Capuno posted 1-3-4, Brad Dill also wore the hat,
Kevin Ducenbom scored twice and TaylorAgnew had two assists to back the
shutout goaltending of George Papagiorgio in Lynn’s big win over Newton.
