WHITE DIVISIONS

Agawam won twice and Reading had a win and a tie. Max Kivekas pitched a pair of shutouts in the Agawam nets, Jack Greenwald scoring early in a 2-0 victory over Methuen and Mike Gillis scoring midway through the first period of a 3-0 triumph over Wilmington; Nick Burpee, Nick McFarland and Parker Wyatt all had a goal and an assist in Reading’s 4-1 victory over Winchester – and McFarland scored with 6:49 left in the second period, 2:09 after Adam Becker scored for Waltham as the teams went on to a 1-1 tie;


Aiden Steckle’s second goal of the game snapped a 1-1 tie with 10:25 left in Winchester’s 3-1 victory over Chelmsford; Sal Costanza had two goals and two assists, including what proved to be the winning goal early in the second period, and Chris Powers had 1-1-2 as Cape Ann edged Saugus, 5-4 – Anthony Bono with 2-1-3 and Ryan Groark 1-2-3 for Saugus. Kelan Mackey (2-1-3) scored twice in the third period, Matt O’Rourke wore the hat, Nick Foderaro and Codey Kaczynski both had 1-2-3 and Chris Lattini and Brendan O’Shea both picked up two assists as Methuen got by Andover, 7-6, despite a first-period hat trick plus a later assist by Kyle Getty and two assists by Zach Papapetros; Cully Curran (3-2-5) capped a hat trick with 4:47 left and Mike Mazzei (2-3-5) followed with 2:55 remaining to give Arlington a 6-4 win over Groton – Henry Tripp with 1-1-2 in the win and Connor Beatty two goals in the loss; Joe Grella (2-1-3) had the winner with 8:54 left and Tucker Arnold posted 1-1-2 as NH East got by Casco Bay, 4-3 – Parker Wyatt with two goals in the loss; Amanda Saliba scored with 10:49 left to give the Wizards a 1-1 tie with Saugus, which got an early goal from Drew Worthley; Bill Jacobs scored twice and Marcus Cady had 1-1-2 in Casco Bay’s 6-3 victory over Arlington, which got 1-1-2 from Dara Conneely; and Ricky Kennedy had 2-1-3, Rob Farrell also scored twice and Jason Mercuri had two assists in Chelmsford’s 5-2 win over Burlington, which got both goals from Russo.


BLUE DIVISIONS

Rich Fucillo scored what proved to be the winner with 8:19 left and Henry Brooks scored twice as Winthrop edged North Andover, 4-3 – Alex Daccord with 1-2-3 and Kyle Golden two assists in the loss; Shawn Gallant pitched a shutout and Joey Duffy scored twice in Lexington/Bedford’s 3-0 win over Waltham; Jake Burridge scored the winner with 6:57 left and Cam Sacco had 1-1-2 as Stoneham got by Marblehead, 4-3; Sam Devon wore the hat, Jackson Colehower had 1-2-3, Nicky Kersten 1-1-2 and Brian Brazelle two assists in Lynn’s 7-1 handling of the Gladiators; Nick Salgado scored four goals, Louis Staffieri also wore the hat and Ryan Noonan had two assists in Malden’s 8-2 win over Casco Bay; Welch’s goal with 2:44 left in the second period turned out to be the winner as Medford edged Woburn, 2-1; Charlie Sebastyn wore the hat and Brendan Parent had 1-2-3 in Nashua’s 5-1 victory over North Andover; Steve Santanello scored twice and S&S beat PAT, 4-1; and Nick O’Connell scored twice and Andrew Hart had two assists in a four-goal third period and Matt Cucinotta pitched a shutout as Waltham topped Woburn, 4-0.


RED DIVISIONS

Concord-Carlisle won twice, Winchester had a win and a tie and Lexington Bedford and Andover two ties, one against each other. Chris Ruediger wore the hat and Henry Nelson and Jeff Costanza both had 2-1-3 in Concord’s 8-2 win over Beverly – and Costanza wore the hat and had an assist and Max Sidell posted a goal and two assists in a 7-4 win over Danvers, which got 2-1-3 from Andrew Wessell; Gavin Dauer scored twice in Winchester’s 3-1 win over Methuen – and Dauer’s second goal of the third period, with 4:12 remaining, gave Winchester a 2-2 tie with Lexington Bedford; Jeff Zaeder scored with 26 seconds left to give Andover a 2-2 tie with Melrose, which got both goals from Liam O’Donnell – and Andrew Poynton scored with 10 minutes left to give Lexington/Bedford a 3-3 tie with Andover, which got three assists from John Gemmell, two goals from Pete Lowenstein and two assists from Mike Rose;


Ty Collins (2-1-3) scored with 11:30 left and again with 6:45 remaining for the win and Sean McNall posted 1-3-4 as Wakefield pulled out a 5-4 decision over Reading, which got 1-1-2 apiece from Jack Stanton and Matt Newman; Zach Titus had 2-1-3, Tom Brent also scored twice and Will Jones and Paul Duffy both had 1-1-2 in Marblehead’s 6-3 victory over North Reading, which got two goals from Anthony Nasta and 1-1-2 from Keith Lumb; Pat Cooper collected 2-2-4, Connor O’Malley had 2-1-3 and Gavin Dickson two assists in Methuen’s 6-3 win over Wilmington, which got 1-1-2 from Kyle Bolis; No. 14’s second goal of the game, with 4:28 left, gave Reading a 2-1 decision over Triton; Ben Townsend wore a first-period hat and Tyler Pouliot scored twice in the second of Amesbury’s 5-4 decision over the NS Vipers, who got a hat trick and an assist from Annie Richards; Josh D’Arcy and Jason Corsetti scored a minute apart early in the third period and Sam Rennick had 1-2-3 as Triton edged Tewksbury, 3-2; Paul Saccardo scored with 4:33 left in the second period to lift Everett/Revere to a 2-1 decision over the Wizards; Colby Pierce scored twice in the third period and Kelly Golini assisted on both as Tewksbury edged Chelmsford, 2-1; and Mike Callahan (1-1-2) scored with 2:50 left, James Bradley (2-1-3) followed 13 seconds later and Mark DeCourcey (1-1-2) came through 23 seconds after that (and 15 seconds after Matt Taylor answered) as Arlington scored four times in the final 2:50 and pulled out a wild 8-5 win over Danvers – Charlie Deakin (who added the final goal) and Matt Glennon with 1-1-2 apiece and Mac Harris two assists in the win and Taylor with 2-2-4 and Jake Gamble 1-1-2 in the loss.


SILVER DIVISIONS

Portland won twice, Masco had a win and a tie and Andover two ties, one of them against Masco . Luke Church scored four goals and Ryan Baker and Owen Dubois added two apiece in Portland’s big win over Nashua – and Baker wore the hat and had an assist in a 5-2 victory over Groton; Andrew Gotts (1-1-2) scored with 6:08 left, Dave Gaudin (1-1-2) followed with 3:29 remaining and Scott Young and Kevin Clark lost a combined shutout bid when Luke Anderson scored with 1:02 left in Masco’s 2-1 decision over Woburn; Scott Dalton scored his second goal of the game with 2:42 left to give Andover a 2-2 tie with Masco, which had gone ahead on the second goal of the game by Gotts, with 6:41 left – and Brendan Crehan scored with 15 seconds left to give Reading a 3-3 tie with Andover, which went ahead when Konstantinos Kantas and Aram Smith scored 32 seconds apart midway through the third period and also got 1-1-2 from Jack Fietze;


Tyler Dodge posted 2-1-3, James Driscoll and Tyler Poulin both had 1-2-3, Cam Wilkins also scored twice and Owen Ferrara also had two assists in Groton’s 6-1 win over Cape Ann; Joe Briffett’s goal early in the second period proved to be the winner as Stoneham nipped North Andover, 3-1; Luke Anderson scored the winner with one second left, Matt Burke had 1-1-2 and Matt McBride two assists as Woburn edged Reading, 5-4 – Sean Donovan with 1-1-2 and Kevin Holt two assists in the loss; Declan Prunty delivered 1-1-2 and Dan McMenimen had two assists in Arlington’s 5-2 win over North Andover; O’Connor snapped a 1-1 tie with 9:35 left in the second period and Agawam defeated the Andover Girls, 3-1; and Ed Agamov scored with 2:10 left to give Newton a 2-2 tie with Newburyport, which got both goals from Chris O’Brien and assists on both from Scott Lundquist.


GOLD DIVISIONS

Chelmsford won twice and Melrose had a win and a tie. Alec Racioppi had two goals and an assist, Jake Hartshorn also scored twice and Chad Lizine had two assists in Chelmsford’s 6-2 win over Methuen – and Dylan McElhinney scored the winner with 3:01 left, Will Bazemore wore the hat and Hartshorn had two assists in a 4-3 decision over Triton, which got two goals from Max Scalley and two assists from Brock Roy; Seamus McAvoy scored twice and Mark Dewling lost a shutout bid when Sean Hirtle scored with six minutes left as Melrose beat Triton, 3-1 – and Liam Maguire scored two late goals, the second with 58 seconds left, to give Melrose a 4-4 tie with the Wizards, who got a hat trick from Margaret Sullivan;


Spencer Harris scored the winner with 33 seconds left and Isaac Madigan and Dave McCabe both posted 1-2-3 as Newton pulled out a 6-5 decision over Newburyport, which got goals 12 seconds apart from Nathan Walsh and Ryan Thibault (1-2-3) to tie the game and also got 1-2-3 from Cole Spencer and 1-1-2 apiece from Jake Lane and Jack Reeves; Greg Derosiers scored two goals in the third period, the second with 6:02 left, to give Watertown a 2-2 tie with the Newton Girls; Mason Healey and Pat Hare scored 1:44 apart in the third period to give Salem a 3-1 win over Acton-Boxboro; John Michael Keating wore the hat, Rocco Pucillo had 1-2-3 and Robert Higgins 1-1-2 in Medford’s 7-1 handling of Tewksbury; Matt Lane (3-1-) wore a natural hat in the first period, two of the goals coming nine seconds apart, Ethan Bramante set up three goals and Kevin Griskevich scored two in Methuen’s 8-0 win over Wakefield; John Spinelli scored with 1:34 left and Nick Paolillo lost a shutout bid when Tristan Bourgeois scored with 4:29 remaining in Tewksbury’s 2-1 decision over Greater Lowell; Owen Nugent pitched a shutout and Chris Dimeglio had 1-1-2 in Lynn’s 3-0 win over Lynnfield; and Cam LeRoux and Mitch Maida scored 1:27 apart early in Burlington’s 3-1 win over Acton-Boxboro.


GRAY DIVISIONS

PAT won twice. Josh Joy delivered a goal and two assists and Jack Wizboski 1-1-2 in a 5-2 win over S&S – and Caleb Ackerman scored the winner with 5:12 left and Wizboski posted 1-1-2 in a 3-2 decision over Cape Ann;


Stephen Bowler pitched a shutout and Samantha Grasso scored with 9:57 left in Wilmington’s 1-0 victory over Burlington; Sydney Farrell collected 2-2-4, Adam Winter also scored twice. Paul Ursino also had two assists and Lucy Chin pitched a shutout in Lexington/Bedford’s 7-0 win over Woburn; Connor Dirks scored with 2:32 left to give Stoneham a 2-2 tie with Waltham; Jake Blatt had two goals and three assists, Brendan Lemieux 2-2-4 and Ben Walker and Chris Shieh two goals apiece in Nashoba’s 9-1 handling of Beverly; Joe Gagnon scored two goals in 66 seconds early in the third period and Matt Metras had 1-1-2 as Groton got by Danvers, 4-2 – Robert Glidden with both goals in the loss; Connor Caccivio scored two 28 seconds left to give Marblehead a 3-2 decision over North Reading; Birmingham and Pantellis scored 2:36 apart in the second period as Newburyport edged Agawam, 2-1; Sean Putnam had 2-1-3 and Josh Hyman 1-2-3 in Amesbury’s 5-2 win over Nashua; Mike Murphy scored five goals, Jacob Pineau had three assists and Matt Percy two in Reading’s 7-1 win over Andover; Jim Alcott scored four goals and assisted on another, Billy Kirk scored twice and Adam Rodrigues had 1-1-2 as Saugus scored a 7-3 win over S&S, which got two goals from BrendanCalvin Fumicello Ferguson and two assists from Sydney Cresta; Romano Duncan and scored 50 seconds apart in the third period, Fumicello capping a hat trick to give Andover a 4-3 decision over Woburn, despite a hat trick by Blazejowski; and Aiden Shea scored five goals, including wearing a natural hat in the first period, and Paul Barbieri had 2-1-3 in Burlington’s 8-2 win over Winchester.


And, we break out an instant classic. Nick Limone capped a hat trick with six seconds left to seemingly earn Masco a tie with Peabody, but Peabody’s Brandon Muise took the ensuing faceoff and went down and scored with one second remaining to give his team a 6-5 victory, Zack Grayton with 1-2-3 in the win.


BLACK

Chris Walsh scored twice and Medford beat Methuen, 4-2; Jack Bracher’s goal with 59 seconds left in the second period turned out to be the winner as Newton trimmed Haverhill/Pentucket, 4-2; No. 51 had the winner with 9:53 left and Mikas Kulbis-Marino posted 2-1-3 as Methuen edged Medford, 3-2, despite two goals by Jack Driscoll; and Jake Sauls wore a natural hat in the second period and had two assists, Adit Baruah delivered 2-1-3 and KC Dean also scored twice in North Andover’s 7-2 victory over Melrose.
