Chelmsford had a pair of ties. Elliott McGuire and Brendan Cooke scored 1:32 apart late to pull out a 3-3 tie with Burlington, which got two goals from Anthony Nikolopoulos – and Noah Hodgkins scored with 1:06 left to give Winthrop a 2-2 tie with Chelmsford;
Dan Lordan and Matt Anderson shared the shutout and Mathew Laurendeau and Cully Curran scored 2:14 apart in the second period of Arlington’s 3-0 win over Reading; Jack Callahan set up three goals, Jarod Lavallee scored two and Isaac LaPointe had 1-1-2 as the Renegades beat Masco, 5-1; Cam Smith had what proved to be the winner in the second period and Matty Gravallese scored twice in North Reading’s 4-2 win over Wilmington; Tyler Shaw posted 2-1-3 and Woburn beat the Renegades, 4-2, despite 1-1-2 by Nathan Cooper; Tyler Donovan (1-1-2) had what proved to be the winner with 6:41 left, Evan Reddick posted 2-1-3 and Mike Johnson two assists as Lynn overcame four goals by Anthony Nikol and two assist by Cam Arrigo and defeated Burlington, 6-4; Chris Colbert snapped a 1-1 tie late in the first period of Stoneham’s 3-1 win over Triton; and Tom Joyce pitched a shutout and Danny Hincks had 1-1-2 in Newton’s 2-0 win over Woburn.
atertown won twice. Matt Busconi wore the hat, Dan Ferrar had 1-1-2 and Trevor Daniliuk lost a shutout when Jimmy Moore scored with 2:14 left in a 6-1 win over Melrose – and Farrar went for 2-2-4, Evan Ricci also scored twice and Reid Shanabrook also had two assists in a 6-3 victory over Peabody, which got two goals from Cam Curley and two assists from Anthony Hartnett;
Adam Becker capped a hat trick with what proved to be the winner with 8:29 left, Ryan Bourque scored twice and Will Schmidlein and Mike Jones both had two assists in Waltham’s 6-4 decision over Masco, which got 1-1-2 apiece from Brett Bisson and Kendra Currier; No. 58 posted 2-1-3, Alex Enes had three assists, Jameson Kamm had two and Dylan Webb pitched a shutout in Cape Ann’s 6-0 victory over Wakefield; Brendan Ronin wore the hat and Steve Wright Jr. added two assists as Saugus defeated S&S, 5-3 – Cam Twomey with two goals in the loss; Kasey O’Brien wore a natural hat in a 53-second span of the first period, Brendon Maury also wore a hat and Brendan Tarmey had two assists in Stoneham’s 6-3 win over S&S; Chris Capo scored twice and Pentucket topped Newton, 4-2; Sam Mitchell scored what proved to be the winner with 2:34 left, Dante Maribito scored twice and Tyler Pouliot had two assists as Amesbury edged Tewksbury, 5-4 – Connor Blair with 1-1-2 and Drew Duarte two assists in the loss; Zach Sullivan scored twice in the third period and Kevin Murphy had two assists in Newburyport’s 4-2 win over Saugus, which got both goals from Brenden Patterson; and Shawn Gallant and Ryan Titemore shared the shutout and Calvin Sainato and Parker Sutton both had 1-1-2 as Lexington/Bedford beat Arlington, 3-0.
Pat Scanlon capped a hat trick with four seconds left in the second period and North Reading edged Chelmsford, 3-2; Nick Storniolo scored with 4:07 left in the second period to give Salem a 2-1 decision over Stoneham; Tommy Bennett scored the tying goal with 2:34 left and Timmy Ennis had 2-1-3 as Masco pulled out a 3-3 tie with Winthrop, which got all three goals from Nathan Rich; Gino Daloia’s second goal of the game, with 7:45 left, turned out to be the winner, Connor Walsh had 1-1-2, Steve Canale lost a shutout bid when Emilius scored with 5:12 left and North Andover scored three late goals to defeat Reading, 4-1; and Connor Barter scored twice in the third period and Reed Bourgeois also tallied twice as Greater Lowell got by Woburn, 4-3 – Moniz with 1-1-2 in the loss.
Tim Jordan pitched a shutout and Matt Trotta scored early in Woburn’s 1-0 decision over Arlington; Brennan wore the hat, Carona scored two goals in six seconds and Bannerman had 1-1-2 in Cape Ann’s 7-4 win over Triton, which got two goals from Joe Killion and two assists from Dan Leff; Chris O’Brien had what proved to be the winner with 10:12 left, and Liam Hickey lost a shutout bid when Alex Alessi scored with 56.7 second s left and Mollie Sullivan had 1-1-2 in Newburyport’s 3-1 win over S&S; Kevin O’Brien and Bobby Chisholm both wore hats, Cyrus Fuller and Owen Hastings both had 1-1-2 and Mike Noke and Darwin Carozza both assisted on a pair in Nashua’s 9-1 handling of Winchester; Zachary Chase scored twice and Mia Casey had 1-1-2 in Lexington/Bedford’s 5-2 win over Lynnfield; Luc Surette posted 1-2-3 in Tewksbury’s 6-2 win over Wakefield; Sean Devin wore the hat and had an assist and Mike Desmond scored twice in Lynn’s 7-4 win over Wakefield, which got two goals from Jean Luc Lupien and 1-1-2 from Matt Greatorex; Alex Dalton posted 2-1-3 and Tom Brassil 1-1-2 in Andover’s 4-1 win over Haverhill; Hallion scored twice, Gordon posted two assists and Goldberg pitched a shutout in Newton’s 4-0 victory over Saugus; and Nick DallaSanta delivered 2-1-3 and Brian Wilhusen pitched a shutout in Burlington’s 4-0 win over North Andover.
Woburn won twice. Dan DeAlmeida and Tommy Ferullo shared the shutout and Morgan Bishop scored early in a 2-0 win over Salem – and the goalies were at it again, Gavin Casey wore a the hat and had an assist, Madison Cole wore a natural hat and Max Doherty had three assists in a 7-0 blanking of Amesbury;
Austin Collard wore the hat and Zack Covelle had two assists in Wakefield’s 5-1 win over Pentucket; Ashley Tucker was in goal for the Wizards and Freddie Robitaille for Peabody in a 0-0 tie; Travis Graham scored with 1:31 left to give Reading a 3-2 decision over Lexington/Bedford, which got 1-1-2 from Sebastian Alvarez, Carter Leary had what proved to be the winner with 7:22 remaining and Matt Penta posted 1-1-2 as Masco edged Newton, 3-2, despite 1-1-2 by James Holland; and Devon Livingston scored twice and Chelmsford defeated Beverly, 4-1.
Dan Blase wore the hat and Burlington topped Stoneham, 4-1; Stephen Robishaw wore the hat and had an assist and Erin Hunter posted 2-1-3 in North Reading’s 5-2 win over Burlington, which got both goals from Blase; Julia Swarbrick scored for Methuen in the first period and Chiles answered for North Andover with 50 seconds left in the period before the teams went on to a 1-1 tie; and No. 8 scored the tying goal with :36 left in the second period and Jacob Lowen had 1-1-2 as Winchester pulled out a 4-4 tie with Agawam, which got two goals from Ned Werner and two from Tookie Wilson.
